Staff were very rude. When I arrived at 4.45 they were all sitting around I asked if they had time to do inside too. The look I had was disgusting, pretty obvious he didn’t want to do it. I even suggested I go elsewhere but he insisted he’d do it. Wish I hadn’t bothered, done an awful job inside, places completely missed with hoover and polish! Would not return. Ever. Absolutely terrible

The carpets were wet after a car wash and valet.

They do such a lovely job, they're quick and reasonably priced, you really can't go wrong. They go above and beyond, always happy coming here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Best place in Carmarthenshire.

took my car this morning and they damaged the paint work. very disappointing as they were recommended to me and i do very much like my car. not that it makes a difference but i won't be using them again, i would suggest others stay away too.

The staff are helpful, the car is cleaned inside & outside, that used to cost £20, but this visit the cost has gone up to £25, I think I will have to spend less time here or find someone else.

I used this car wash this morning took them nearly an hour to clean the car apparently. As I got back in the car realised they had stripped the paint from my front bumper. Avoid

Very disappointed. Didn’t do a proper job at all. Payed £25 to have my van cleaned and they have missed a lot of places or even haven’t taken the time to do the stubborn places. They are not thorough. The dash and where the vents just looks as if they have sprayed and not wiped. They said it will be ready in 1 hour and they had done it in half the time whilst I was waiting there. The guy I’d spoken to doesn’t seem to be interested what I’d got to say about the bits that has been missed. I always taken my vehicles there and I use to have a good service. It’s the last time I’m taking my car and van there.

Been using this car wash since 2010 seen some staff changes some not for the better but Aurel got rid and they are back with good reliable staff they are friendly and very helpful prices have gone up as all things have but for what they do it’s worth it keep up the good work lads

Very good service they're always pleasant

Got the full valet - unreal. It looks better than I could have hoped for. The man is a perfectionist, how they got that done in the time they did is incredible.
