Avoid So rude and aggressive, he started to swear at me in a different language just because I told him the car is not clean and he done a really bad job and he was shouting at me in a different language so rude I just want to leave. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I've used this car wash for a couple of years now but I have definitely used it for the last time. One particular worker, the guy that tends to smoke while cleaning your car, you would think the world owes him a living. Rude to me because I asked for a mini valet after he washed and dried my car. When I asked for the mini valet his response "why you not tell me before I start wash your car". No conversation was had before he even began to wash my car and the process of asking for a mini valet has always been the same - after they wash and dry car. Obviously far too much hard work for him. I should have learned my lesson a previous time when they broke my drivers car seat adjustment. The audacity of this particular fella to turn down work just isn't a good look for me and I'm glad I paid up for the wash and dry and didn't pay somebody that just couldn't be bothered to work.

I went to this car wash today for a mini valet £15, it was a waste of time. Not only did I have to hoover the a car myself after they gave it back they didn't even bother to clean inside the dash area. Then I noticed they took my window screenwash left inside, I went back to get it from them and they just shrugged and pretended they didn't know anything about it. Very poor stealing items from my car, clearly it doesn't belong to them. I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed, went to these mainly for a mini valet, 3 guys working, 4 cars waiting behind me, told them before they even started washing the car and they said yes, by the end they refused and shrugged their shoulders... Not a great impression!!

Staff rolled his eyes when we asked if he would clean inside of the car. Dont offer the service if you dont want to do it. Ridiculous

The worst car wash I’ve ever used. Did a terrible job of the outside.

0 stars! So incredibly rude and lazy it’s shocking. Was immediately met with shouting and a disgusting attitude. Refused to dry the car and clean the inside (there was 1 other customer, it wasn’t busy). Got charged 6 quid to be treated like dirt and still have a dirty car. Couldn’t get out of there quick enough! AVOID!!!!

Won’t go back. No signs saying they aren’t doing mini valets and only cleaning outside. If you’re busy, i get that but at least tell people they will only get a half job and don’t be surprised when they get annoyed and feel conned.

Avoid if you can the guys here are so rude I've been going for years due to it being convenient to me but I won't be back so sick of being treated like dirt and they don't even do a great job there attitudes stink

Good quick and efficient service.

Well, I went in with my wrangler, admittedly a slightly bigger vehicle than some cars, but not beyond the ability of even say….. a six year old being able to wash, and to do a reasonably good job too. However, as much as I’d like to say they did a good job for the £7 fee, the simple fact of the matter is that the wrangler still had dirty streaks all over it, hardly surprising as the bucket that the guy was washing from had dirt laced through it. They weren’t even using proper washing car wash. I could have done better at the petrol station for about £3 and the car would have been waxed at the same time. Very expensive,

Avoid avoid wish id read the reviews £12 for a wash. Touched it with two powerhoses still dirty and wheels and tires not touched. Called them out and was met with rudeness and disrespect.

Terrible, £19 for a full clean and left with wet mats and a dirty inside. Had to go home and clean the rest myself.

Decent wash and good value, I know it's a car wash but could be a bit more professional.

The guys cleaned the car great

They charged me £12 for an Nissan car when I got home there was dirt on the roof also the around the car the bumper at the back hadn't even been touched. The wheel arches hadn't been washed. Not recommended complete waste of money.

Literally washed the dust off and left all the dirt including the roof. More elbow grease in a dead dog. Young lad looked uninterested. Shame!

Broke off my car’s rear mud guard yanking the power spray hose. Poor care and attention.

Mixed reviews made me a little cautious but I was very happy with the service provided. Mini valet and exterior wash both done effectively. The car is sparkling and I'm a happy customer.
