S&H Hand Car Wash

Only giving a 1 star as I am unable to give minus stars. Recommended this place to a friend, and we received really poor service. First of all when the "snow foam" was used they only sprayed the windscreen, and front of car, once rinsed we had to park up and wait whilst cars behind us got seen to first. Eventually got some attention and the attendant pulled his face when it was pointed out the parts of the car which were missed. Then he had the nerve to charge for a medium size car, after we were quoted for a small car. I have used this car wash several times, but today was the last time. They have lost a customer due to the attendants attitude. I would urge anyone wanting to get their car washed to avoid this place at all costs.

Gutted tbh, never had an issue before , took my car there, had a mini valet. Wash was below poor, still dirty when I got it home, windows had been cleaned with a wet rag, so not clean at all , used a hoover on my silvers trims and scratched them all, everyone inside the car. Basically covered my car in dash shine, to hide a poor job. Speed over quality , me and my family's cars won't be ever going back there.

Got car wash few months ago got excellent service so went again today but got disappointed with interior cleaning. Spaces like cup holders were not properly cleaned.

Finish was a bit hit-and-miss today. Noticed some smudges on the dashboard and dirt marks left on the lower doors . OK for a fast wash and vac , but need more attention to detail

Great car wash

I took my Toyota Aygo X for a wash and dry and they tried to charge me for a medium car. I asked why I was being charged for a medium car and she said it was because it was tall as the BMW that was next to my car!. The Aygo X is the smallest car in the Toyota range. I have no idea what cars they class as small! I won't be going there again.

Today I drove 2 miles to a car wash centre. Their board displayed the prices as £15 for small, £17 for medium, and £20 for large vehicles. When I arrived, they initially quoted £20, but I explained that my car doesn’t fall under the “large” category. He then agreed to £17, but said they only accept cash. I mentioned that I only had card payment available, and he refused the service. It was quite disappointing to find that such an established service doesn’t provide card payment options, and his tone came across as rather rude.

Nice, friendly people who always do a great job on my Vitara, and at a great price. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Five Stars, Always.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to, charged me extra because I have a van then didn’t wash the roof and tried to charge me an extra £10 for the roof to be cleaned even tho I’ve already paid extra

Spot less amazing I live up the road I love it.

Terrible car wash. Avoid. Charged me for a medium sized car, even though it's a small 2 seater. Didn't shammy the car. Also pulled their face when told about things they missed. First time using them through a friend, neither of us will use them again.
