Hornsey hand car wash LTD

Hi, be aware about this car wash, i used to come and wash my car here as a local but unfortunately I noticed that the staff is stilling from the car when they’re cleaning the interior, also me and my friends we all noticed same nasty scratches and markson our cars. Shame on them

*Under New Management* Nice, friendly people. I've got a 4x4 and car wash places normally skip the roof/do a bad job. Not these guys. Next time I'll try the inside and outside. Good prices too 🙌🏻

Amazing customer service! Honestly the best car wash I’ve ever been too, the one I usually go to was closed so I ended up here but now I’ll always be coming here.

Website not updated, was the first and last time I came here! You can only pay by cash, so people don’t know and inside the station either you buy something and the cashier will give you back cash, either you continue tyour journey! Not worth…

The only place I take my car. Lovely staff, excellent job, speedy and convenient.

Front cab of van to be cleaned, handed over key, they cleaned it, but lost the key for 10 minutes, so stressful the van was due out in 20 minutes. Touching my arm trying to say sorry, and confrontationally offering £20 cash as if I was the problem, I said just give me £5 or £10 if you really want to resolve it, but he didn't. I paid £15 for that service. Needless to say. I won't be going back.

Had a few car washes here and they always do a great job. They do a thorough clean and are speedy and efficient too. Would recommend.

Friendliness

Very nice place. There are 3-4 people doing the work simultaneously on one car, they have 2 hoovers and use clean clothes (have washing machines )

Friendly people but they chipped the paint off my car and it just wasn't a very thorough job - there were were smears and stuff on the outside and dirt marks on the inside. I had no idea what was happening - they didn't ask what service I was looking for, they just started cleaning the car. Lucky I had cash on me - sounds like it's cash only. No way to get in touch now it seems without driving all the way back there

These guys work so hard, in cold and wet conditions. They are always friendly and positive, and really seem to take pride in doing a good job. An exceptional service for very little money. My car was covered in bird crap and now it looks brand new. I gave them a 50% tip, and I hope you will too!
