I washed my car yesterday and it was just outside When the service was over, he said £15 I was shocked so I wouldn't use this service anymore

Bloody awful service. Been going here for several years, always good value and attentive. That was then, now on my last visit and will be the last. Paid for a full exterior clean... Washed but no drying just left and when questioned walk away. Felt rather Dick Turpin'd!!!

First and last time I use this place in all honesty. Paid 30 for a mini valet and bits missed here and there. Main things were the back seat still stained. Had to clean proper myself and window rubbers still dirty. Worst bit was I noticed after arriving home that DAMAGE had been caused to my gearbox console plastic. A huge scrape. Challenged this place but the usual deniability routine kicks in. 100% never going back as do not tell the truth and no integrity as a business. Anyway that was my experience.
