FAST TRACK HAND CAR WASH AND VALETING

Paid for a full valet but on inspection tyres weren't blackened, car also still had remnants of bird poo on bonnet and mud around the trims,plastic. On this occasion I was disappointed.

Shocking service £25 valet and had to come home and finish the job! Never going there again. Didn’t even hoover the seats and left with a wet sticky residue all over my dash

Had an £8 car wash, asked if that included the wheels and they said yes. The car wasn't very clean, lots of dirt still in some places like around the door handles. They opened the doors to do the sills but didn't go right to the edges and didn't open my boot. My wheels were still quite dirty, even though I'd specifically asked them to do those. There is nowhere to stop and inspect the car as the last procedure is carried out right by the exit so if there's a car behind you, you have to move and drive away. I will not be using them again. Very disappointed, will have to get the hosepipe out myself tomorrow and finish it off. EDIT: I had a response from the Car Wash (10 months after my review) "Response from the owner: You didn't have to leave his negative review here you could always come back to the car and complain and get a free wash but you can't get a full valet 8 pounds and we will be more than happy if you don't come back we don't want costumers like you thanks 😊" I would just like to respond to them: I don't think this reponse has helped your business very much, not very friendly plus it's 10 months after I visited you! After reading your other reviews I can see I am not the only one who has this opinion of you. Good luck for the future :-)

Paid for wash and polish but wasn't very clean and had to clean half of one of my alloys myself. Wasn't worth the £8 I paid

We were dealt with quickly and a good value for money car wash.

I usually go to a different hand car wash as it’s much closer to where I live - but visited last week with my mum after a while and super impressed! Every member of staff was extremely friendly and professional. I asked for the inside & outside service, and whilst they were cleaning the inside of the car, one worker even came out to bring me and my mum water (it was a pretty hot day!). They also had coffee, tea, and lots of biscuits that we helped ourselves to whilst waiting. We were also given a car boot mat free of charge, which was really nice of them and very much unexpected! The car came out looking spotless in a timely manner - efficient, but not rushed. We will definitely be coming here regularly from now on. I highly recommend FT Hand Car Wash to anyone in Caerphilly looking for a reliable, spotless car wash!

Totally missed washing my roof! First time using and wouldn’t go back

Shocking service removed paint from the roof of my car, told they would cover the cost £500, gave £300. For a £6 wash, has now cost £206

£55 full valet. Left with bird poo marks still on the vehicle. Mud still on the trimmings. Tyres were dressed while stationary so 1/3 of every tyre wasnt even dressed. Still bits of dust/ dirt here and there on hand break and front footwell plastics. Fabrics on interior have had a good clean but not dried out properly and are absolutely saturated. Sat on plastic covers on way home and my arse was still soaked through after the 5 minute drive home. Vehicle left at 3pm and im still sat here 11pm with the car engine on and heaters going full blast trying to dry the seats out. Ive had to place dehumidifiers inside in the hope this doesn't cause mould or mildew before the car is about to be sold! Not the service they once provided and sorry guys but I expect better for the money that was paid.

Just watching the guys clean my car & they're doing an excellent job, even cleaning the build up of grime under the bootlid. Will definitely eturn for my next clean.

Grumpy took 3 mins to wash wax and clean and dry then I drove off went home 5 mins away and all the bird shit was still on there the car was not cleaned I’ve been going there for 2 years IM NEVER GOING BACK

We paid for the number 2 service which was wash, dry and wax including inside doors and wheels for £9. Most of the car was washed properly until we moved forward to have it dried and waxed. We didn't notice until driving home how dirts the windows were. They just look like they've had a quick wipe with a dirty rag which left them looking really smudged and had dirty water splashed all over the.. The back windows were awful and the rear window looked worse than it did before the wash. The wheels were supposed to be included but wasn't touched at all. The inside of the doors had a quick wipe with the same dirty rag so that made no difference. Honestly, it felt like it was a complete waste of time and money which was disappointing considering how good they usually are.

They fit us in very last minute. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They did an amazing job considering the amount of time they had. We had it done inside and out and thought it was great value for money.
