Current price for unleaded is 159.99p per litre (in February 2023), average current price nationwide is 149.04p and currently even cheaper than this in Norwich. Very expensive fuel.

Very overpriced fuel.

Petrol is expensive compared to other petrol stations and the petrol hose is not long enough to reach the opposite side of a car. On the plus side you can pump your tyres up for free, it's 50p at most other stations and the staff are friendly 😀

Always more expensive than supermarket fuel but they have a nice range of after hours snacks and confectionery. Free air pump. Jet wash available paid for by the minute. Friendly staff.

Jet wash. As far as the price is concerned it's very reasonable. £4 for 12 minutes. Unfortunately 3 or 4 of those minutes will be spent waiting for the water to reach pressure as it runs down very quickly. When I complained half way through the wash I got mixed results. One of the women behind the checkout simply pointed towards a small handwritten sign on the wall which stated "water pressure may fluctuate", whilst simultaneously telling me there was nothing they could do about it. I dont feel that's an acceptable response when you are literally charging by the minute to wash a car. Luckily the other lady was much more reasonable and offered to give me another free code so I could complete my wash. Thank you.

Just been into the garage and denied sale even tho ID was given, the 2 ladies were completely rude and arrogant keep looking at eachother to make there decision, no surprise the garage is always empty with staff like that working there absolute disgrace, if you can’t be friendly or provide customer service I’d change your job role…

Rude staff high petrol prices and the layout of the station is infuriating.

People say overpriced but I find I get nearly 60miles extra out of a tank of shell fuel compared to supermarket fuel. Certainly worth the extra if you ask me
