Friendly helpful team - excellent jet wash facility. Needed two 12 minute cleans but that's because I hadn't washed the car in a year. Still great value (at £16 total) compared with hand car wash options locally and I think I did as good a job! Dropping one star on here because the vacuum was missing the narrow end piece - and the hose really was not long enough (had to turn the car round half way through).

Friendly staff, filling station ok.

Signs shows 24 hours, man and lady, and WC - Except that is not true and the gasper at the till did not give a toss.

Absolutely disgusting toilets, lock doesn’t work, Toilet Was filthy, no toilet roll, woman Didn’t seem At all bothered about it, Then Came up to the window as we was leaving and Gave us Filthy looks

All the fuel was out of stock as of 8/7/25! However do often use this station and it’s clean and well stocked

Said open but won't even serve you a hot drink through the hatch. Wasted 10 min of my morning.

Filled up in the HGV station, went to go and pay and the lady behind the counter asked if it was ok to put the points for the fuel on her rewards card, no acceptable and should be dealt with

Donna has restored my faith in humanity, while I was really struggling to pay by card, Donna was really kind and helpful and once solved, Dougal and I were safely on our way again, whatever Shell are paying Donna you need to double it immediately!

Whoever worked the nightshift last night loves the tannoy. Which was not so good for those of us staying in the hotel right next to it.

Thank you Shell Company for employing such a wonderful young lady at the Thickthorn branch. On Saturday 22nd February, my friend, ( of 56 years) and myself were stranded in Thickthorn, Norwich . We walked to the Shell Garage and met this lovely, kind and generous young lady, we'll call her, "Sa". I would like to thank and commend her for her generous kindness, as I'm visiting Norwich from Wales! We were able to call for a taxi while waiting in the warmth of the kiosk, have water, a delicious steak and ale pie and use the restroom . 🙏💐💖 Stayed blessed. 🙏

Went in to use car wash at 19:30 , lights all on and no bollards only to be told shuts at 17:30, how I as customer supposed to know that, no sign to indicate that. Poor customer service

I am an Uber delivery driver. This station has an Uber machine that accepts orders from Uber Eats. However, when I arrived, they said there was no order. I traveled 4 miles to collect this order, and when I arrived, there was no order for me. So please, Mr. Manager, if you do not work with deliveries, you should turn off your machine so as not to waste drivers' time and money.

Car wash is great when it works. 50/50 if it is in operation

No air for tyres or water for windscreen fluid

Natalia the manager has great communication skills with the customers, and is always happy to help, she isn't credited enough for her hard work and commitment. Her boss should appreciate a good worker!

Good quality service and excellent service
