Damaged my new car. Its about to go to a detailers for ceramic coating so oddly enough I have before and after pictures I took for them for a quote. Coin size chip out the spoiler. I would not take a nice car here, too aggressive based on the fact I can see other people complaining of damage too.

I had my 7 seater minivan cleaned on the Platinum Plus service for the first time today and I was very impressed. The team were polite and professional, and the car was completed within an hour to a high standard. Given the car was in pretty poor state before the clean today, I'm very pleased with what they've done for £40 and I'll definitely be going back to have a full Gold service soon. Great to be able to pay by card and to have a basic waiting room to sit in too. Thank you!

Super friendly guys however car was still quite dirty after. Lots of mud left in the creases and had to ask several times to clean the cob webs off the wing mirrors

I have been going here for years. I think they are the best car wash in Norwich. We have a Discovery and an SLK. Both look brand new when finished.
