Good for refuel, great position, could use a little bit more clean up outside

Friendly staff and spacious shop

Poor customer service. Parcel collection customers are made to wait to one side while petrol customers are served first, with no clear explanation or apology.

I have always used BP for my fuel needs. Just filled up at a considerable expense at Plumstead Road (service station!)for the last time. Two members of staff on the forecourt, I said good morning, nothing. Got to the till, pump 3 please, nothing. Can I have receipt please. Nothing. Thank you. Still nothing, not even a grunt. These have to be the most ill mannered staff I have met at any retail outlet. It seems a shame to have to give 1 star 🌟 for a review, this should be minus 10 stars. I'll use Mousehold in future as the are always friendly and well mannered, I'll give them £500 per month instead. Manners Cost Nothing.

Good garage

Every time I want to scan my rewards card they cancel the payment. Watch it closely because they scan own reward cards and sometimes you'll miss loose points.

Nasty bathroom, no toilet paper, tap barely works. Used the Costa coffee machine, awful taste straight away, and I will eat and drink almost anything and be happy for it. Sort yourself out BP, you can't charge premium prices for petrol and items at your shop, and then have these sort of standards.

I needed fuel, nothing more to add.

Refused to take cash as payment

First station selling LPG we've found since London to Suffolk to Norwich, Norfolk. Filled up the campervan with gas, toilets on site and friendly customer service from female cashier. (As at September 2025)

They didn't accept pound sterling to payment, which I believe shouldn't be lega to refuse.

I received a ticket because I genuinely thought I had already paid my fare, but I hadn’t. Dalepe at the petrol station went above and beyond to help me sort it out, allowing me to pay the ticket at the store. He was friendly professional and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Dalepe is truly a credit to the company! Thank you Dalepe
