Lowestoft Car Wash

Last minute car clean. Outside looks good. Inside so so. Vacuumed but not fully wiped down and didn’t bother to go under child booster seat. Charged £25. I tipped an extra £5. When I got back I asked if they had done the boot and was lied to, boot hadn’t been touched at all was actually the part that needed vacuuming the most! So disappointed, as he wasn’t honest

It was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, it left a bitter impression. When I returned to collect my car, a tall Eastern European man suddenly began yelling at me of always complaining about my car not being properly washed. I was left confused, wondering if he had mistaken me for someone else. His rude and uncouth behavior completely overshadowed my first experience here...sad how you treat customers!

Used to be really good but my last visit on Friday was really poor. They took no more than 10 minutes and the quality was pretty bad. Didn't touch windscreen, boot still covered with debris, carpets hardly touched and the exterior not much better

Went to these guys this morning after the other guys wanted £45 to £50 to wash and hoover the back seats as I have a dog they are a bit hairy. Thought that was too much so tried here and the guy understood that I didn't expect it to be perfect as bulldog hairs are a nightmare so he said £20 for that or £25 for the whole inside cleaned , went for the £25 and he then threw out my old horrible foot mats and gave me new ones for free aswell. Service was excellent above and beyond and they were all really friendly, highly recommend

Pulled in a swb transit .was approached by some rude eastern European asking what I wanted? obviously my van washed asked if I wanted it dried lol 😆 then said take no notice of the price board.then said £40 😕 obviously declined.went round the corner not rude and £26 sorted . Avoid .

Very good. My first visit. Friendly staff. Looked very clean. Had the hot wax. Definitely revisit. Quite cheap too.

Now £10 for clean & dry. Yesterday: NOT CLEAN residual mud etc on all panels NOT DRY at all wet all over. If that’s your idea of car washing we obviously won’t be back with any of our cars. ever.

Guys did well, quick job to a high standard

Went in yesterday to have the outside and inside done and was charged £25, which I didn't mind but they didn't clean half the dashboard, left the boot completely and hardly touched the alloy wheels. I understand they were very busy but to be charged £25 for such a shocking job has left me feeling a bit pissed off. I really didn't have time to stand there pointing things out and complaining to them.. I had an appointment to get to. At the end of the day you shouldn't have to complain, the job should be done properly in the first place! I think you need to keep an eye on your staff and do better quality checks BOSS.
