The worst car clean I have ever had. £12 is a reasonable price but not when the car is still covered in spots of dirt. Won’t be going back

Very disappointed, my car was not well cleaned at all. Wheels hardly touched so looked very dirty. Smear marks left on car in various places. Won't use again or recommend to others.

Had my car cleaned today. I paid £25 for my Corsa. It's a small car by today's standard. Even so they still class it as a Vol 2 size. I wouldn't have minded if it felt like value for money. My appointment was for 11am to 12.15-12.30pm. Gives the impression they will be doing a great job. Sadly it was all done in about 20min! We watched while having a coffee in Costa overlooking the car wash. So we could see when it was done. First impressions was a fairly decent clean. Glossed tyres, clean windows etc. We were reasonably happy. After we left to get petrol, dirty water spilled out of the petrol flap. Okay! Not too much of an issue I thought. Then later I realised the hatch had not been opened. The fuse had gone to release the catch. I suspect they used high pressure jet wash around the boot area and caused the fuse to go? The hatch was working fine when I left the car with them. I know it's not their fault if they can't open it, but to not let me know, or say a word when I collected it was terrible! If they were honest about it. I could have accepted it. They still changed me £25. I then had to hoover and clean my boot area myself at home. This defeated the point of paying someone else to do the hard work. Won't use them again. Thank you for your reply. I am not able to pop in today. If you would like to action a refund to my account? As this was how I paid.

Rubbish service. Left a small dent in door from the lance, circular scratches in places from grit in cloths, and missed a few spots. Lesson learnt, avoid these cowboys if you value your motor.
