Always does a good job

I firstly walked in to ask (a) what do you get per level of clean & (b) if they would be finished by a certain time as I had an appointment. I was happy with the level of clean I was opting for and the man in charge was happy they would be finished by the certain time. They started and things were moving along nicely but a bit slower than expected, time was ticking by and the deadline was getting closer, realising that he couldn't finish in time I was instructed to leave all of the protecting mats and goto my appointment. When I got back some 20 minutes later all the mats were spotless and he gave the car another quick once over, put the mats back in and told me to pay less than the correct amount due to his mistake. I paid less and gave what would have made the difference as a tip. I will be going back.
