Very expensive but nicely laid out and friendly staff

Wish I hadn't bothered going 😕 Wanted for a static caravan. A toilet roll holder, "we don't sell those" ! A soap dish, "we don't sell those" ! A towel ring,"we don't sell those" ! We left didn't bother looking for anything else we had on our list ! Last time we visited there they sold EVERYTHING you could ever need in your tent, caravan, camper van ect. My advice don't bother going it's just a glorified garden centre 🤔🙄

We came into the store a couple of Sundays ago. We are totally newbies to the caravaning idea. We have been recommended to Norwich camping and leisure, by My nurse who lives locally to you. We, in reality, knew nothing at all about what we were needing and went in Very Green and needing best advice. We knew that we wanted a blow up awning for ease of putting up and that was it and any other necessities to get us started. We had already tied up an awning at anothet dealership some three Hours Drive away but because of their attitude , they lost out on our business, which was not an insignificant amount of money to say the least !! We were able to show Stephen the manager the deal that we were able to get from the other dealership who Price matched exactly for us. We was delighted and his attitude when talking to us was impeccable. In fact, all of the staff were a credit to the business. We also then went round the caravan accessories bit, and I managed to grab a man who helped us with our additional needs. I can’t remember his name sadly to mention him here, but Fortunately, he is an experienced caravanner and was able to share with us his best advice. He was absolutely brilliant. He was an older gentleman who had retired from the rat race and was now doing a job that he was clearly passionate about. I can remember his name began with an A and I hope that he gets some credit from this review too!! Our experience albeit an expensive day out, but also exciting was superb and I would 100% recommend and will return to Norwich camping and leisure as soon as a caravan air-conditioning unit becomes available! Very, very impressed, indeed, and the way that Stephen, the overall manager was interacting with his staff and customers was rewarding. A superb experience. Thank you we will be back. On another note, my nurse had told me that she has her car washed while she is there, I did the same and they too were brilliant

Handy shop for all your camping and camper needs some prices are a little high but its still trading as a store and nowadays that's a good thing for people who like to look at items before buying

What a great place, incredible range of outdoor related products from shepherds huts, to VW Camper vans, BBQ’s to outdoor furniture! But most importantly amazing service, genuine professional advice but fantastic customer care, through their professionalism I was actually advised a cheaper alternative which I’m so grateful for! Will definitely be shopping here from now on!

Amazing service from fantastic staff. Steve in particular was brilliant - he provided us with honest advice regarding our barbecue which saved us over £100! We will definitely be visiting again.

I am extremely satisfied, will definitely be shopping here again, and highly recommend them! Initially, they sent me the wrong model. I contacted customer service (and I must admit, I was rather rude), but they sorted out the return and replacement quickly, efficiently, and politely. Within just two working days of raising the issue, I had the correct product in my hands. Excellent service!

Cracking camping shop with everything

Very pleasant and helpful staff

We have bought from here a few times. We popped in today to have a browse and get some charcoal for the bbq and mentioned we had misplaced a part for a cantilever parasol purchased here a couple of years ago. We dealt with three members of staff who were all trying hard to see if they could find or dig out a spare for us. In the end they didn’t have one, but they kindly found us a screw with the same size thread which will do the job for now. Appreciate the help and support. Thank you.
