Visited this morning around 8.25am. Whoever the man was working behind the counter, has the worst customer service skills I've ever come across. He did greet me with a "morning" and to be fair, I was in my own world, counting my cash so I didn't respond. He then yelled morning, so I said oh yes sorry morning. He then proceeded to yell at me about how rude I am, so I explained I was just counting my cash. He continued to yell and tell me I "have a sad little life". I'm in shock to be honest.

If I could I would give a zero. I am a daily customer at this fuel station, I went inside to pay for the fuel and 2 drinks while my husband was filling the car tank and I would have liked to pay for the drinks and the fuel and because my husband was finishing it a few seconds later the guy whoever is working there in the morning just pointed towards me with 2 fingers to move away to serve the other one behind my back. I was shocked that a guy like him is allowed to handle customers in 2023 without the owner to do anything, as this is not the first time he treated us, the customers, that way! He is unrespectfull and rude!

Daylight robbery overpriced avoid

Gone out of my way a few times to come here as the BP Ultimate diesel is great. I have to echo some other customer reviews though - staff come across ignorant and rude. The location isn't great if you need to come out and turn right as the road is so busy. I'll probably use premium diesel from another supplier in future. 🤷‍♂️

BP, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR LEAVING MY DISTRESSED, INJURED SON OUT IN THE FREEZING COLD AND AT RISK. On Saturday, 29th December, late at night, my son fell down a banking on Godley Road in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Freezing cold, covered in blood, with a fractured rib and his mobile phone out of power, he visited the BP garage desperate for help. He pleaded with the sales assistant to call him a taxi or contact the police. Instead, he was sworn at by the worker and dismissed. Fortunately, the police later found my son and brought him home safely. BP THIS COULD HAVE ENDED VERY DIFFERENTLY. We since contacted the owner of the garage who aggressive and extremely rude. We contacted BP to discuss this situation, but they have shown no interest whatsoever. FRANCHISE OR NOT THIS IS AN UTTER DISGRACE. I WILL NEVER USE BP AGAIN AND WILL ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM DOING SO

According to Google it said they had toilets but they don't let you use them. Abit of a disappointment for a person who is driving all day, other than that good for fuelling

0 stars, the staff are just incredibly arrogant and rude. I regularly call in to drop off Evri parcels and the guy who works in the afternoons is just a piece of work, we mortals are but shit on his shoe. Typically, I called in this afternoon with a parcel and he was having a very jolly conversation with someone on his phone, didn't greet me, didn't acknowledge me and when he gave me the receipt he didn't even look at me just thrust the paper at me. BP should really take a look at who they franchise to, but, given the other comments here, it will be a case of "oh we're really sorry" etc. and nothing will happen. Sorry, today broke the camel's back and I won't be returning. Also, as someone else pointed out: it's a bear to get out of.

Very small selection of items but they have a costa machine. Cashier was helpful, good customer service.

I Used this service station on Saturday Morning - The lady taking payments put the wrong pump number up I used my contactless card to pay before realising that the pump number was wrong - A " refund" was given - called my credit card company this morning to check and they have no record of the "refund" - I am going to have to go to dispute - their error , my mistake - my time being wasted - No help on the phone at all - If you use this petrol station - be very very carful - It looks like they have a good scam going on here .
