Long Lane Hand Car Wash Liverpool

Just went yesterday tbh the fellas in there graft that fast and hard they don't do the job right because of rushing, I got home and pure streaks all over my car I'm taking everywhere , fella doing the pressure washing was doing it that fast it wasn't even washing the whole surface of the cars properly it was ridiculous tbh if it wasn't for the traffic around there I'd go back and ask for it to be washed properly but dont fancy sitting in traffic for ages again , wouldn't waste my money again I'd rather pay more and get it done properly else where.

I had a very bad experience at this car wash. While washing my car, they scratched it. When I asked about the damage, they denied responsibility and became argumentative instead of resolving the issue professionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash if you care about your vehicle.

This is the best carwash ive been to so happy with the result and the staff were so nice, keep up the good work coz ill be back, highly recommend

Some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, the service was nothing short of disgusting and i’m beyond dissatisfied with the way the staff treat people. They’re ignorant, unprofessional and extremely bias and have ruined my cars paint work. After ruining my cars paintwork on their own accord then tried to quote a ridiculous offer to be paid out of our own pockets for THEIR mistake. Unprofessional and extremely negligent. wouldn’t recommend to anyone whatsoever

Had a full valet cost of £75 absolutely terrible Looked like they just washed and vacuumed it out. Seat with marks mud on the door jams , bird droppings on the roof and on the side. That where there before the valet asked why said they would wash again, didn’t even wax the car again asked why said the rubbish spray in a bottle was wax, never in a month of Sundays was it wax. There good at doing a was and dry but not on a full valet , failed on doing carpets not done head lining not cleaned dash and screens rubbed over with some cheap cleaner marked the boot carpet with the vac head and never even did the carpets , asked the guy said it had all been done, did over to do it again, will never go to them again, don’t waste your money go somewhere else NOT RECOMMEND STAY CLEAR YOU WIL GET RIPPED OFF

Broke my seat release handle then swore blind they hadn't. I had to stop right after leaving because they had adjusted my steering column hight for some reason and also hadn't locked it into position. That's when I noticed the handle off of my seat tilt mechanism on the floor. On top of this the guy I paid even took my £5 tip. This is the guys hand in the photo's. I've also included something that didn't get cleaned in the £65 valet! . I will be seeing the boss tomorrow..

I just came back from these bunglers!!! the car is re-washable . The guys probably forgot to use a sponge :D I do not recommend!!!!!!!
