Extremely impolite member of staff who uses customers shell points for his own gain & has no problem handing out fake 10 pound notes in change be aware of this person who works nights shell managers need to be aware of this person...

Very rude staff, always toilet out of service sign on.

put diesel in my car this morning, and went to pay...I was greeted by A really lovely bubbly counter assistant I now know as Mayaa what a refreshing change to meet someone who goes out of there way to make you feel welcomed very polite and professional if only shop counter people where as happy and jolly as this lady the world would be a better place thank you Mayaa you made my morning....

A lady shop assistant was very weird. Flirts with my husband all the time when he goes there. When I’m around with my husband I can see from a distance she’s smiling at him, like giving desperate. We went to pay she’s touched his arm to get his attention? Like don’t you have a mouth to speak instead of touching the customers!!!?? Need to sort your staff out and to be more professional. Keep your hands to yourself.

Great place

I was having a discussion with the staff from Smashville (about being stung on website order) and a member of staff from the petrol station interjected uninvited. He said he worked there while wearing a NISA staff shirt. He had no business sticking his nose in MY business. Stay in you lane petrol boy.

Evri parcel shop

massive ques for fuel most people are mucking around shopping yet ques for the pumps Why not fuel up and drive to a separate space for browsing.

Waited ages just go get fuel if you don't mind waiting for 25mins then go here

Easy access to the pumps being single file, shop is nicely laid out and full. Staff are very friendly. Only negative is it is usually more expensive than other shell garages.

Service is always fast,friendly, and has a great selection of items in the shop.
