Went to fuel up yesterday the guy working there just ignored looking from window no fuel was coming out to fuel my car tryed two pumps no fuel coming out it was 3am never going back there again rude staff and arrogant behaviour

Bought milk and it was out of date. My fault really as I should have checked but you really shouldn't keep out of date milk on the shelf. Otherwise, it's a garage, does garage stuff

Quality fuel with a good service from pleasant staff, clean forecourt & fuel pump area - I've used the Car Wash facilities which are decent, I can't really complain about the Fuel prices, would love it to be cheaper but that's a whole different subject.

The nozzles on pumps feel like they need some servicing, on two occasions they've stopped pumping after 30 litres of fuel to say the tanks full when there's still been some space so not a full tank. Customer service is okay. Jet wash is okay. Good for tyre air. Vacuum mostly blocked by some idiots who decide to hoover up big pieces of litter every so often like crisp packets etc so you'll be lucky to find a half working one. They also have clothes wash & dry at this station.

This is the first time I have used this garage for fuel the cost me £82. The cashier asked if I had a fuel reward app I said no he said that's OK he took his phone out and swiped his reward app on his phone. And gave me my change. I don't know if he is allowed to do that but it must be a regular thing with everyone else who hasn't an shell app on there phone.

Very very rude and disrespectful behavior from senior management it’s a shame because the staff are extremely nice people.

The products on this station are decent and the pumps are well maintained as well however not good on customer service at all, a guy named Salman who works there at night gave pathetic customer service bring rude and when asked for a coffee as the doors were closed at night he refused abruptly even the machine was working.

Worker salman very rude wasn't eager to help didn't look like he enjoyed working there.

If your desperate for food and drink expect premium price compared with a supermarket petrol station like tesco or morrisons, jet

Just bought some rolling tobacco from here, didn't look the same as the one I usually get so I asked the attendant 3 times if he was sure he said it was just different packaging and assured me it was right, got outside and opened it and it was pipe tobacco not rolling tobacco, tried to take it back and he refused to because it was open, even though it was his mistake, its a discrace
