Always good service.

Got my car washed inside and out and have been left with a scratched scuffed steering wheel and loads of tiny scratches all over my displays. Went in a few days later (unable to return quickly due to work commitments) to explain the damage that has been caused and see if they could amend it in any way. They offered nothing but denial, no apology, no refund, just absolute refusal to accept that this could have happened. They kept insisting they use a clean cloth for every car, and whilst this may be true, clean cloths can accrue a piece of grit quickly and cause this damage. I am 100% certain this car wash caused this as I noticed it immediately, being exactly where my right hand sits on my wheel the scratches and scuffs were noticeable straight away. Accidents happen, but how it was dealt with afterwards was awful service. *editing to add* Almost immediately after I wrote this review, the images attached were mass reported for "sexually expilcit content" and was removed. After an obviously successful appeal it is now displayed. What a dodgy business, this is how they deal with unhappy customers. Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely amazing service! The team was extremely professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. My car has never looked this clean—inside and out it feels like brand new. They really take their time to make sure everything is perfect, and you can tell they care about quality. Fast, efficient, and worth every penny. Highly recommended if you want top-level service!

Got my car washed fresh for a wedding and noticed many issues when getting back. Will have to take else where now. Nice enough folk but given the amount of issues here (only photographed about half) I’m sadly unable to recommend or rate higher.

Best hand car wash I've used.

Very disappointed with the wash and dry I took my car in for yesterday. They were quite busy, but I didn’t expect them to be using gritty wash mitts. The paintwork on my 16 month old car is now covered in scratches! The only places that aren’t scratched, are the areas of the paintwork that were missed. I took my car to them to be washed, for the first time, two weeks ago. No other cars on the wash bays, and they did a reasonable (not perfect, but acceptable) job, so I felt it would be ok to use them again. Never again, car paintwork is damaged, and my lovely performance VW looks a complete mess.

Gave my van a good pre wash in all the places it needed. Then came the hand wash, which made it look so clean again. I am very happy with the results.

These guys went above and beyond 08/01/25. Brought my car for a wash, then it wouldn't start. They pushed it several times to try and jump start it. They even borrowed some jump leads for me, and managed to get it started. Can't thank them enough. Great service.
