A little slow on the service but they do put the effort into the cleaning

Paid for level 3 Mini valet here today and i wasn't impressed at all , Bent one of my electric mirrors back so wouldn't close , hadn't dried car properly, missed glass clean in rear window, left muddy footprints on all inside sills but one and hadn't cleaned and dried the roof and bonnet . I basically had to clean dry and vacum the car properly myself when I got home . undoubtedly the worse car wash I've ever visited IN RESPONSE TO "OWNERS"COMMENTS 1- letting you keep £1 change hardly constitutes a tip of gratification 2- The missed vacuming and dirt was not noticed by myself until returning home 3 - you did NOT repeatedly enquire as to my satisfaction and stood by and watched whilst I fixed the mirror your staff had pushed out of situ without any offer of assistance , in fact they where the most taciturn bunch I'd ever encountered, totally ignoring me when I said good morning I also suggest you invest in some steps sp you do not have to stand inside people's cars to dry the roofs prior to washing them thus leaving dirty footprints As for Reporting "False" Reviews I think it is yourselves that need Reporting for charging for a substandard service . I do not appreciate you making me out a Liar in order to cover up your shoddy work

No1 friendly and reliable price brilliant

Very rude and they don't dry the car when u do silver wash but they argue when u ask the to dry Tuesday 1 pm I'm the only person here but they say sometime we don't dry
