Great car wash. Staff are so friendly they always go the extra mile. Been going here for 4 years now never had an issue. Prices are great they do more than just car wash. Full valeting. Pre MOT. Tyres and many more! Best place to go wouldn’t go anywhere else. More than 5 stars!!

Avoid car wash very rude staff if they are having a bad day they take it out on there customers.

So I decided to use this place on the recommendation of a friend. I asked the gentleman if I could have a mini valet.Of course was the reply. He washed the car first which was great and looked spotlessly clean. I then drove the car into the valeting area and this is where issues arose. He told me the car was dirty and needed extra work which would be now £20.Mini Valet is advertised at £15 a car.I said no i will pay £7 for the wash and I will be on my way.He said no no 15 then. Then another man who i would assume was the manager said this is right.I said I have £15 which is the advertised price.They proceeded to clean the car and afterwards he said I have given you £10 discount! Where has the £25 sum come from all of a sudden? After that experience it is safe to say avoid at all costs.

Never Recommend, rude stuff

Never recommend, the worst car wash I have been ever, and rude staff.....

I’ve used these guys for a very long time and the last time I came the guy didn’t clean the car properly as there was residue on the car and when I brought it to his attention he said if it didn’t come off in the wash area there’s nothing he can do unless I pay extra it wasn’t even tar or anything that he had to use more product etc so I just but my tongue and left it and didn’t go back for a while… fast forward today and I was going past them and I thought let’s just give them a second chance and come here and when I drove in the guy who washed my car said something to the girl That works there in their own language whilst point at my car and her facial expression told me he said something negative about me (maybe from the last time) I can honestly say I wasn’t rude or behaved ill towards him the previous bad experience I had with them so my only guess is he said I’m picky or something like that. Anyway she washes my car and when I come to doing the inside I said to her politely “can you please use a different cloth for the passenger side front window or do that one last as there is sticky residue on the window from when my passenger threw his milkshake out the window (I’m a taxi driver btw) she looked at me straight in the face and said no. Now because she’s usually quite nice I thought she was being sarcastic and jokingly said no so I smiled and said what you mean and she turns to me and says “don’t tell me how to do my job I’ll do it the way I do it” this confirmed to me that the guy definitely said something to her. This time I wasn’t having it so I expressed my feelings also… I don’t swear I didn’t shout I simply explained why I asked her to do that and for her to tell me what I did/said that was wrong. She replies “ok ok calm down” and carries on drying the car. I had a good mind of telling her leave it and driving off and not even paying her for the wash but I thought to avoid the drama let her carry on and never come back again. This was my last time visiting. Maybe she’s having a bad day? Maybe not but she’s lost a loyal customer.
