ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – THEY RUINED MY BMW! If you care about your car, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I took my BMW 640d in for a simple hand wash, and they SCRATCHED THE HELL OUT OF IT. This isn’t just some light swirl marks—I'm talking deep, ugly scratches that were absolutely NOT there before. When I pointed it out, they denied everything, acted clueless, and refused to take responsibility. Completely unprofessional, careless, and clearly have zero respect for their customers' cars. If they can ruin a BMW this easily, imagine what they'll do to yours. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. This place is a JOKE, and their incompetence will cost you way more than just a car wash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I'm very upset and annoyed with the service i had today. I wished if i went to marston road instead. I Will never go here again. The man was lacking. He didn't vacuum the boot . I had to ask him to.. its still dirty inside and mats and seats have bits still on it. Never again😣😭😤

Had car washed and was told if car was dirty next time I would be charged more !!!!!!- need to understand I would only take a dirty car. Will be going elsewhere next time.
