Black Country Detailing

I don't write many reviews but feel good service needs to be appreciated. This is the second time I have taken one of my cars to Black Country Detailing and I've had a ceramic coating completed and bodywork tidied up. By nature I am a perfectionist, I lay attention to the details, the small jobs have to be done as well as the big ones, that's just how I am in general. Rich never lets me or my cars down, they look immaculate, very pleasing, value for money and a local business making national headlines for an all round quality and professional service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else as I know it will be looked after.

I found Rich very helpful and informative, he explained the procedures and took time to instruct me on the best way to keep the finish at the high standard he had created. I am now booked in to have my wife's car done

Recently bought a Landrover discovery which looked good until sunlight hit the car and showed up the bad work other polishers had done to car leaving many hollow grams and not looking great so searched network to find a decent detailer to fix paintwork , how lucky I was that I found richard his work is fantastic and a great work ethic and got my car back to better than new couldn’t recommend enough thanks rich

Rich is a top class bloke who cares nothing more than to make your pride and joy look better than the day it left the showroom. I stumbled across Rich when looking for someone local to ceramic coat my wife’s car and found one of the UK’s best detailers hiding on Pensnett Trading Estate in an incredibly inconspicuous set-up for someone with his skills and detailing prowess. Rich’s work speaks for itself and you won’t be disappointed.

What Rich does is an art form, it’s as simple as that. You only have to speak to him to understand the passion he has for his work and you can look at the many photos in his review section to see the pride he takes in it. Not only is he in a league of his own when it comes to detailing but he is also one of the most genuine people you will meet. It’s easy to understand why he has 5 stars, I was only wanting the body work sorting out, not only did he revive the body work of a poorly repaired, and poorly looked after car, the entire car was immaculate, wheels, seats, dash, seals, trims, even the boot! Rich, you’re a true gent, I cannot thank you enough sir!

I recently purchased a new to me Land Rover Discovery 5 from a main dealer. The pre collection preparation process wasn’t done properly leaving holograms and swirls in the paint work. The dealer agreed for me to have this addressed locally as I had purchased the car in London, at their expense. I contacted Richard at Black Country Detailing to seek his advice as his company are highly rated. I now know why, as he has totally transformed my car! When I dropped the car off Richard explained in full the process required to rectify the paintwork issues. When I collected the car I was truly impressed with the results. The black paint looked gorgeous, truly unbelievable results. Richard had also gone meticulously cleaned the interior, the car was like new! Richard explained how to maintain the shine, the do’s & don’ts, the products required, he really went the extra mile. Just had ceramic coating done by BCD. Fantastic service and very helpful with extra info, and didn't mind answering all my questions on the phone and in person. Would very much recommend if you are looking for this service. Worthy of all the good reviews.

Had my Jag I Pace ceramic coated by Richard a couple of weeks ago. Got a reassuring welcome on the phone once I'd enquired, and was blown away by his passion for what he does. Picked my car up a couple of days later, not joking, it was absolutely mint!!!! Would recommend to anyone, shame he's Wolves and I'm Albion but we saw past that 🤣😂. I cannot praise Rich at Black Country Detailing enough. His passion and expertise is first class and on top of that he is a smashing chap. I took my new Nissan straight to his workshop and to the untrained eye looked great. But 2 days later it looked incredible. The finish was absolutely pristine and could not get over the beautiful shine and feel of the paintwork I would recommend anyone who invests their hard earnt cash in a new car to take it to Rich. His costs are very resonable and worth every penny and you will not regret spending the extra money after he has worked his magic 5 stars + Thanks Rich

WOW WOW what a fantastic job Rich made to my car. The detail that Rich went in to explain the process I didn’t think it would look as great as it does. Even the detail of how to wash and look after this excellent finish. Thanks Rich great job would highly recommend you use this guy.

Really nice job done on my new A45AMGS picked it up straight from dealer and took straight to Richard at Black Country detailing amazing work took out a number of scratches that were already on it from dealer and would recommend his work to anyone and a really nice down to earth person .

Had my car detailed by Rich recently. What an amazing job he did. He was very meticulous, the quality of his work is second to none. Inside was like new, outside was gleaming like a new showroom car.
