Only used this car wash as it was convenient at the time, wasn’t really impressed with the mini valet unfortunately. Felt like it was rushed even though it wasn’t busy. Also I had to reclean my windows and wheels myself after I left. Doubt I’ll rushing to come here again. Staff are pleasant though.

I took my black Audi Q3 for what was supposed to be a "gold" car wash, and it was a complete disaster. At one point, instead of using a jet wash, one of the workers used an empty petrol can filled with soapy water directly on top of my car—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, they used a dirty cloth that left debris all over the car. When I mentioned this, the young man responded with 'it's because your car is black.' Several areas, like the dirt around the doors and one window, were still filthy after the wash. On top of that, the interior cleaning was subpar, with crumbs still visible on the back seat. I paid £18 for this so-called "gold" service, and it was a total waste of money. It felt more like a DIY backyard job than a professional car wash. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their car or their money.
