Stone cross car wash

Complete rip off merchants. Staff tried changing the price as they went along. After I been paying a set price for years. Wanted an extra £1 for drying and an extra £18 for a vacuum What a joke they are. They are clearly there fleece people. Much cheaper options about with a much better service. Avoid like the plague

Sudden change of rate for vehicle i normally wash there for £20 to £25. When I asked why, the staff became very rude, asking me to hasten up & pay, the person who is the apparent manager was not helpful in any way. It was indeed a very bad experience.

Come here weekly bringing my BMW M550i... one of the workers hit the jet hose on my car, after i complained and asked them to be careful with customers cars they apologised. Weeks later after another wash, i got home to see really bad swirl marks on both sides of the car which will now cost me hundreds to take out - went back to see the manager and he was rude, ignorant and did not care about my complaint at all. After i said i wont be coming back he said its ok. Only 2 of the workers are great guys but unfortunately, not all of them take care when cleaning your car, and the sponges are dropped back into dirty water once your car is cleaned! If you have an expensive car, please do it yourself, £7 of ease is not worth having to spend hundreds fixing your paint work. It's a shame 1 star is the lowest you can select, -0 star from me!

Agreed £20 for the interior clean of a slightly dirty car (we had already gave it a quick clean, so trust me it wasnt a grime scene). Left them to it, came back, paid. Open the door.... im like this dont look good... the sills and plastics had areas that had not even been touched, and there was still a lot of visable debris in the seat tracks a footwells. Approaching this is an assertive but respectful manner, the gaffer seemed happy to help and accepted the job was poor. Now one of the boat people wiping cars down comes over after a fight telling me not to go on like that, and that ive been disrespectful. Im not sure how passively one is supposed to say "this isnt acceptable" when someone has done half a job. Dont worry readers, ive got a short fuse and immediately stuck it on him, and his boat people had to drag him off shouting "sorry" in their best english. Gaffer still very apologetic and did want to do the car again but i just said forget it, keep the money ill go and get it done somewhere else. Just wanted to leave by this point. All over a £20 half a job car wash. Also pointed out it aint a good look him trying to stick it on a man on his own whos face is wrapped in bandage and blood. I backed (and bruk up) the case and the bullys alarm clock was soon going off for him to get up from his daydream. "Wake up, peter!" 😅 A straight avoid for everyone.

Worst place to be.. I been a regular customer.. One of the staff was very rude and shouted when I have mentioned to clean properly.. I had to shout back untill other staff came and understood their mistake..They cleaned the car but I would not recommend anyone to go back.i had my son 5 yr old who was upset as well. The staff shouted and said not to come back. Who will ever go back to such a dirty staff and Company who try to do dirty Job with dirty mouth.. Anyone who read this pls make sure think twice to visit this place which has no respect for customers..

I went to this car wash today to get a mini valet for my car, and they asked for £30. Just a month ago, I had the same service for £17. When I politely mentioned that the price seemed too high, the staff member was extremely rude. I then spoke to the manager, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he was even more disrespectful. He told me, “If you don’t like the price, go somewhere else,” and basically kicked me out. Absolutely terrible customer service — I’ve never been treated this way before. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Car was still dirty when I got home loads of bits missed

They are rude and racist and argue swearing at customers when asked the car not washed properly and the manager thinks it's ok swear at customers and take the money for service they don't provide they don't wash cars properly and damaged cars and they are incompetent and when asked they come in group surround u and try to fight with customer and half staff don't speak English and working illegal here complaints been made to authority's and immigration department stay away avoid this company at all cost ...

Really slow for just a wash and go, it’s more like wash and stay

0/10 took over 90 minutes (they wasn't busy just slow) for a mini valet. I couldn't believe they wanted to charge £25 as it was "a big job". I have a vauxhall insignia not a sprinter van... The worker also asked me for a spare cigarette what a joke. Horrible place absolutely avoid at all costs.

They are great! In addition to always cleaning my car super well, they did me a great favor by washing my living room carpet, which was already so dirty that I was almost giving up on it. I took it to be washed on a very sunny day and it took just over 24 hours to dry. Friendly staff. Thank you very much guys!

Came here since the new management change and my new Honda was scratched while he washed the car. Absolutely careless and didn’t even tell me he’d scratched it!!

Went today to have my car cleaned, was happy waiting as there was a queue infront of me. Someone complained about the time it was taking so they decided to do theirs before everyone else’s. When I mentioned I had been waiting before them, they quickly did mine within 5 minutes and then said it was done. Didn’t even clean the sides and gave it a quick vacuum. When I said they hadn’t cleaned it they quickly put the cloth in water and wiped the door rims over. Normally come every 3 weeks, will not be going again

Really good services, they done an excellent work!

Average service, and the shady pricing (where they are deliberately ambiguous as to what they charge for a saloon car) and poor queue management system, has put me off from using this place ever again.
