Waves Hand Car Wash West Bromwich

I have used Waves every time I come down to West Bromwich to see family and have always been very pleased with the result. However, after reading another review on here, I noticed that the SD card for my dashcam was missing about two days after visiting. It never occurred to me that it could have happened there until I read the other review. Is this just a coincidence? I wonder??!!

I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID!! I had used waves at West Brom for a couple of years but will never use them again. I took my brand new car ( 5 weeks old) there and they damaged inside it. They claim that it is fair wear and tear. They also claim that they walk you around the car to make sure that everything is ok before they sign the tablet to say the job is complete. They have never done that I have always had to stand next to their office when they sign the tablet. If damage ever occurs they will never take responsibility of it.

Be careful when using this car wash. My memory card for the car navigation went missing after using this car wash. I had to pay money for the replacement. Police have also issued a warning about leaving your keys with car washes around the Smethwick and West Brom Area. Read Neighbourhood Alerts issued by the police in this area.

I’ve been using Waves Car Wash for over a year now, and they’ve always done an excellent job. The staff are friendly, professional, and pay great attention to detail. My car always comes out looking spotless, both inside and out, with a fantastic finish. The service is quick, efficient, and great value for money. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue using their services! Thank you :)

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star Took my car to get a cost for valeting seats and a vac to first be told £70 then be told cos my son has been sick on the seat , dry marking nothing more was told couldn't do it Your a car valeting service I have heard nothing more shocking

Don't trust these people ...my car give to wash and Polish im pay 50 pound...and they take my 27 pound change....don't trust these people .....

Upfront about pricing but took longer than they said it would although they did a good job overall!

I took my car to Waves - West Bromwich Branch. Wow, the guys there did such an amazing job. My car looks like new. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Not only were the hard to get out marks gone but the car smells amazing too. Will 100% be going back. :)
