I had an excellent experience at A1 Hand Car Wash today! The team was friendly, professional, and worked really hard. My car looks spotless inside and out—it’s honestly like driving a new car again. They paid attention to every little detail, and the service was quick and great value for money. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. I brought my company vehicle here for a £20 mini valet and had a very unprofessional experience. First, the staff member lied about the receipt. When I asked for one, he claimed he didn't have a bill book. After I pointed out the bill book sitting right on the table, he changed his story and said it was for a different location. He eventually gave me a receipt, which turned out to be for the exact location I was at. On top of the shady customer service, the actual clean was poor. There is still visible dust inside the vehicle, and the windscreen wasn't even wiped down. I expect basic honesty and a proper clean for £20. I won't be returning.

This car wash has different prices for different people. I know for a fact that the price for a ‘’just wash’’ is £5 but this was never the case for me because I was always charged more. I have been a regular customer at this car wash, I was issued with a loyalty card and when £2 off my next wash was due that was purposely missed. I will not be using this car wash anymore as this place is not trustworthy.

Now trading as A1 hand car wash - great lads, polite and friendly, I had the Silver valet and my car was cleaned well, done professionally and quickly. Benches to sit on to wait, or you could pop inside the restaurant. Absolutely no complaints, and I'll be using them on a regular basis.

Read reviews it scores 5 star.. to a dirty mpv with moss in windows.. showed to staff and asked for a extra clean wash only quoted £15.. job was 90% done with moss still in rear window..

Hands down the best hand car wash I've been to. The staff are all incredibly respectful and professional. My Tesla was cleaned like new, and they took extra time and care to get the windows spotless inside and out. The attention to detail for only £10 is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Really good hand car wash. Great attention to detail and took care on all aspects of the wash. Non double dipping with sponges, no brushes, clean cloths for each part of car. Can tell they know the difference between dashboard spray and leather care 👍🏻 Will use again.

I find these people great! Hard workers and leave your car sparkling! They take pride in what they do and are friendly & polite. They also gave me a lovely air freshener 🥰
