I'm from Cardiff visiting Wednesbury for family funeral. So, I decided to spruce the car up before attending. Perhaps youve heard expression 'cats lick and a promise'. Well I think a cat would have done a better job licking the car than Alb did washing it. Was not advised on price but list suggested £7. Was charged £10. As to the promise...be assured I'll not be back. Update: Owner apologises but claims they've not had bad reviews. Uh well I've read some. Been asked to provide some details of time and vehicle. Visited approx 11:30am on Friday 26th. Vehicle is a black Citroën Picasso 68 plate. I also attach picture. Bear in mind this photo is post journey home so car is not pristine, but shows runs on car roof. The car wash was extremely busy and drying was too rushed. Alb advises I can get refund. Appreciate the thought but I live in Cardiff and I'm not giving bank details. Let's leave it there. Reviews are meant to provide balanced picture. I'm sure if Alb take review in good faith then they can improve and supposee reputation will be maintained.

Sorry, I must have pocket dialled my phone with this app open by mistake, hence leaving no review. So for correction and clarification, I did use your car wash service yesterday afternoon, and I was more than happy with the service I received. Very pleasant staff, and extremely competitive prices, my car looked much better for the same price I normally have using automatic car washes with the hand prewash and with tire blacking too! So apologies for the mistake and I look forward to bringing my other vehicles here as well.

Always do a nice job and consistent. Staff are friendly and the wash and valet procedure is organised well. They even have a clean waiting room for you to sit and relax while your car is being cleaned.
