UPDATE OF 28TH JULY 2023....... I have always had a perfect job, "as long as the manager (lovely welcoming guy) is there to ensure his guys do their job"!!...... I've been using them weekly for over nine years now!!!..... HOWEVER, THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE TODAY AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER NOT TO USE THEM, AS IT REALLY TOLD!!!! VERY, VERY SHODDY JOB FOR £7....... THERE WERE NO OTHER CARS THERE, SO ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE..... THOUGHT IT WAS STRANGE HOW QUICK IT WAS DONE...... UNTIL I RETURNED HOME, AND HAD TO RE WASH SOME AREAS AND COMPLETELY LEATHER THE CAR DOWN MYSELF DUE TO WHITE MARK'S ELSEWHERE, WHERE THE WATER HAD DRIED ON AND NOT BEEN PROPERLY LEATHERED OFF..... EVEN HAD TO LOOK CLOSELY SEE IF THEY'D ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO BLACK THE TYRES, AS THERE WAS NO SHINE ON THEM, YET THERE ALWAYS IS (PRODUCT WATERED DOWN OR BRUSH DRY USED BEING DRY TODAY????) ..... THE ONE GUY WHO APPEARED TO HAVE TAKEN CHARGE HAS BEEN THERE 'FOR A WHILE', SO KNEW FULL WELL, AS I GO EVERY WEEK, THAT I DO NOT HAVE THE BRUSH USED ON MY CAR, AS THE LAST TIME I ALLOWED IT ON MY LAST CAR, IT HAD TO BE PROFESSIONALLY MACHINE MOPPED AT A COST TO ME OF OVER £100, TO GET ALL OF THE SCRATCHES OUT CAUSED BY THE BRUSH PICKING UP GRIT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THEIR WATER BOWSER!!...... YET HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO USE THE BRUSH AGAIN UNTIL I BLEW THE HORN TO STOP HIM!!! I'LL BE GOING ELSEWHERE NOW, SADLY, AS THEY SUGGESTED WHEN I ASKED, THAT THE MANAGER WAS AWAY FOR THE NEXT 8 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!

Have been visiting for many years, rarely had a bad wash job. On the odd occasion if i haven't been happy, then the manager has always obliged to redo the vehicle. Lovely friendly welcoming manager, the main reason i return each time.

Looking for a shine on your car…look no further! My car was filthy due to working on a construction site, left my car for half an hour and doesn’t recognise it when I collected! Smelt lush too highly recommend!

Car was dirtier after they'd finished. Water marks on every panel, bird mess still on the car. Wouldn't recommend or use again.
