Highlight: Fantastic experience, great work, would use again and recommend to others. Some details: I called Daniel for an 11am start for two cars. One that was classed under their website as "large" (a 5-door, 7-seater) and one that was classed as small (a 3-door, 5-seater). He and his colleague, Zaki/Zacky(?) (apologies if I've spelled your name wrong) arrived a bit late, but in more than enough time to get the bulk of the work done before the weather took a turn for the worse. I would have appreciated a heads up call that they would be late, but otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised at the end result. All in all they took around 2 hours (if memory serves right). I went for their platinum package for both cars. That would have been £75 in total, but the 7-seater was particularly soiled and I agreed to add £25 extra for that. - @Daniel and Zaki/cky - your website says your address is: "33 Perry Avenue, Birmingham, B42 2NA" just to let you know.

Took a few days to get him out to me but worth it. Amazing service, car looks and smells awesome both inside and out. Also for that price can't beat them

Booked the platinum package for today costing £55. They looked in my car and then asked for me to move the cars around to get his van on the drive, which I did. As I got out the car he said my car was too dirty and the price would now be £80. My car was not too dirty and just required a wash and vac. Very frustrating as they should honour their prices on the website and not try to change it as they feel. Ended up spending half an hour doing it myself and it turned out great 👍 shame I had to give 1 start because it should have been none.

I booked the platinum package £45 on website because I didn't get any bookings confirmation or call backs I had to call the day before just to confirm the booking. On the day of the booking the valeting guy arrived and before starting the job he told me that it's £50 because the prices increased. I told him that was unfair because it was advertised £45 on website and I booked on the basis of that price that was advertised. He was reluctant and said £50 and that they never got time to update the price on website. Checked 4 days later and still the price is showing £45. Very disappointed.

Came to workplace to valet car had the 'platinum package' £40 for a medium sized car, everything was hoovered, steam cleaned in and out, deep clean of all interior, wheels and leather dressed ,looked amazing ,would definitely use again 10/10

Didn’t bother turning up. Poor customer service. Was booked for 1.30pm. Didn’t contact me until 2.15pm saying he’s running late and has one more car to do before he can get to me. Waste of time.

Booked 4 times turned up once. Never communicates. If he does turn up does a good job. But I cant run my business wondering if he will turn up. He can clean a car but cant run a business. Useless.

Had our car cleaned by Daniel. He was professional and did a fantastic job with a reasonable cost. I love the bubblegum smell after clean!
