Stay away from this petrol station really bad customer service. The lady here is so rude! If you don't like your job,leave! She sticks her nose up at every customer that comes in. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive a couple of miles further to dudly rd it's cheaper and you get good service! I filled up my tank and then had to use the air machine, but my coins were not registering in the machine. And it wouldn't realise the rest of my change when I asked her that my change wouldn't come out she just said it says on the machine you need at least £1 so it's your fault. Yeh, she actually said it was my fault the money was stuck in there! I was having bad enough day as it was, but I bit my tongue. And walked out luckly I found some money in the glove compartment but yeh like I said I'd never visit again. I see A lot of people have a problem with her. Do yourself a favour sack her or re train her. You are losing customers

The petrol pump literally is broken and leaks petrol onto the ground. Girl at the counter said it was my fault and shouldn't have used that pump. There was no warning sign even though EVERY other pump petrol is out of order. This one obviously is broken aswell. SCAMMERS! DON'T GO HERE!! I have took pictures and am going to be reporting to the Trading Standards Authority.

This outlet Never questions anyone without a mask . This has happened all through this pandemic !! No signs on the entrance door either. This morning there were 3 people entering without masks and the male cashier never questioned any of them. Someone else on a review pointed this out a month ago. Come on BP get this sorted. I have reported this to our local Police so hope they go and catch you out !!

dont use this garage it is unsafe to use in covid pandemic, I used this garage 6 people walked in no covid masks, no face covering, they did not ware any exemption markers, and nothing was said to anyone about not having a face cover on, or to wear next time. unsafe place to go, when rang garage asked for there protocol could not answer me and no manager around to speak to

Only ever use this place in an emergency. Apart from being expensive and staff chatting on their phones while serving you it's the dirtiest garage I've ever used . Even in a pandemic it's filthy and no gloves whenever I've been

New ownership is a complete waste of time, I’ve been going to the petrol station for the past 15+ years and is has been far the best one in the area when the old owners where under management now it’s a complete shambles things are out of stock & not ordered on time or ever the staff are very un-professional and will definitely run the place down I’m sure

DO NOT GO HERE! I recently went and paid for fuel as I was running low (car said i had 20 miles left). I drove off for 15 mins, played some golf, and on the return journey was told I had 10 miles left. I went and paid for fuel at a DIFFERENT petrol station and filled my entire tank (50L) so this place charged me for fuel I didnt get!!! I went back afterwards and told them I didn't get any fuel and would like a refund. The guy behind the desk asked what time this happened (it was 3 hours ago) then laughed in my face and told me it was working because no one else has complained and it's been used by others. I'm NEVER going back to this place, would give it 0 star if I could!

My partner went to this dump there was already money on the pump she went in to tell the rude arrogant worker behind the counter she told him that there was money already, he said there was no problem, he then proceeded to lie and say he was going to do something then come out to her, which he didnt do. She put £15 in then when she went to go in and pay he made her pay for the fuel she didnt have called her a lier saying she had the petrol started shouting at her as she raised her voice to match him he started shouting why are you shouting at me and made her pay for fuel that she didnt have. How is this place still open the staff are obviously useless and needlessly aggressive and liars. They all need the sack and the place shutting down there are no good reviews for this place and BP keep employing them shame on you BP for allowing this to keep happening to people!! DONT USE unless you want to get abused by the ignorant staff that are incapable of doing a simple job!

Foods ok . Staff are friendly enough. What you would expect from a national chain restaurant

I won't go back, the staff aren't very friendly. The shop is ok but you expect at least a smile when they take your money.

Avoid!!!! Prices are not what’s advertised on the shelf or marked on products!! £2.99 for energy drinks. £2.99 for 2L Pepsi! £2.50 for rizla! You’re better off driving 2 minutes up the road to the new 24hour shop on Dudley Road search “ U Shop”. Prices are way more fair and affordable. Or visit the Dudley Road petrol station, way more fairer pricing.

How is the price of one bottle of vape juice. The same as 3 bottles in vape shop. And £15 for a pack of Richmonds?! Takin the piss, the only thing in this store remotely worth the price is the disposable vapes, soft drinks and multipacks of beer, other than the pricing,

I like this garage and the car wash next door is handy. I’m really not happy that it’s £1.50 to inflate your tyres now, 50p at Tesco. I guess that’s inflation for you.

Never felt the need to leave a review for a petrol station before…won’t be using this garage again, how rude was the woman behind the desk! Chatting away into hear earpiece, couldn’t get a word out of her. No hello, no acknowledgment, no please insert your card, no thank you…need to learn some manners.
