Hand jet wash out of suds, so was just hot water. Everything inside is a bit pricey, but staff are v friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasant experience when I pop here. Staff are very professional and courteous. The young afro Caribbean gent with the dreadlocks is amazing, his laugh and smile is so contagious, he's destined to a customer focused role!

I wouldn't use for fuel, the guy behind the counter shak is one of the friendliest blokes you could meet. The owners of the fuel station purely try to rip people off. Always the same the normal fuel and diesel is always "out of order" then the premium petrol and diesel is open to use but the prices have gone up. In a cost of living crisis it is appalling.

Air machine out of order for 15 weeks plus. Jet wash out of order for 5. New management are inept and cannot provide a standard service to customers. When advised they just nod duh

I just wanted to share how consistently great the service is from the till operator “Mr. Shak”at Petrol Station. From the moment you walk in, he’s incredibly welcoming and sets a positive tone straight away. He has excellent customer service skills and is easily the best cashier Mr. “SHAKS” I’ve come across at BP. He’s very well-mannered, professional, and genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference during even the quickest visits. It’s always service with a smile, and I honestly always leave with a smile on my face too. I truly enjoy being served by him—he’s the best at what he does, and it shows every time. Staff like him make a lasting impression, and in my opinion, he absolutely deserves recognition and even a pay rise for the level of service he delivers.

I use this place all the time to fill up for work and get some bits on way back. There’s a guy called Shak’s who works there. What an amazing bloke! He’s really friendly and makes you want to come back for a chat with him. Shop is always tidy and he’s very helpful. Top man

Fill up here all the time.. the cashier shacks is a top man, always polite and happy keeps the shop nice and tidy, deserves a pay rise if you ask me.. keep up the good customer service.

My go to fuel station, great customer service always get service with a smile from jenny😊. The rest of the team are as equally pleasant.

Meal deal is a con. Some of the drinks/crisps not included in it. Went up to counter to be told it’s 60p with these crisps I’m sorry but £4 is enough to pay, no labeling or signs on what’s included in it or isn’t. Also low on stock on crisps, these must be the ones in the meal deal. Possibly forcing you to pay separate prices? Suggest you sort this out.

I've never had any problems with the service. Or thought any of the staff were scruffy. Think it's out of order people commenting on someone weight or appearance.
