Very bad experience because they don't want to use there hands to do some work i have noticed there was a car Infront of me i think the guy knows him he pick brush and put on his windscreen and clean front back side mirror use spray proper then when my car went there he don't do anything no brush just use spray at front windscreen. Then the guy behind me in car he also noticed and ask me after wash why they do that after wash we notice the same car was parked there and the guy was doing cleaning water from car and he refuses to me and the other car driver as well

They never miss a spot, inside or out. They take their time to make sure every rim is shining, the windows are streak-free, and the interior looks immaculate. I’ve used a few IMO Car washes and Found preparation prior to the wash is the most important of the detailing. I have found IMO car wash Wednesfield Lichfield road ,The best at this and my car even using the Eco level has been spotless compared to other IMO car washes about the region so thank you to Jurid And his team keep up the good work

I love the quality of this semi-auto car wash and the mini valet cleaning. This has to be one of the best car wash services around and not that expensive for the quality delivered, with a reward system that gives you free car wash/mini valet after 6 (wash) or 4 (valet).

I can say the best service at this imo station staff is very polite always with smiling face they attend us .they doing great job as compare to others imo branch 👍

Been going here for years, today was probably my last, not sure what has happened, glad today I had a AA voucher because paying full price would have been a joke, no foam lance to start with just water , no multi foam on entry, the dryer was tied up due to I can only imagine being broken and the no drying towels at the end, parked up after and dried the car myself, wish I'd have washed her myself and saved £7 , sorry guys not good enough glad i didn't £13 for rain guard as it should have been. I'll find somewhere else in the future. Hope you get it fixed or someone takes over soon.
