Amazing customer service, alloy wheel repaired to the highest standard, diamond cut better than the factory. This place has to be the best in the country, from initial inspection of the wheel to fully repaired and re installed back on the vehicle less than 24 hours. Bargain price for the amount of work that the guys completed. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a superb job from start to finish.

Excellent service range rover went in for a scuff to the alloy they informed me that the alloy got another problem asked if I wanted to carry on and have the alloy refurbished and the problem to my alloy i was happy for them to continue really happy with the service and customer service will go back to them in the future

Went to these guys last week for them to repair my alloy, after being there for a short time I was advised the alloy was not repairable to its original state and they recommended not to get it repaired (which was fair enough), however before I left they told me I have to pay £20 for their time of taking the wheel off/on my car. Contacted them to explain what this charge was for as £20 is very steep for a 10-15 minute job and nothing completed the work for me. Had absolutely no reply from them and this was my first time using their services so I won’t be using them again

10/10 experience, made my car look brand new, haven’t seen this clean for 3 years. Absolutely happy with this experience. Would definitely come again. Listed what I wanted to do, given suggestions, got priced up, the guy considered the fact I’d be wasting money on a taxi to keep going back and forth between here home and work and made sure to get everything done for me with the extra £50 I paid. Did their absolute best on everything, perfection on everything. Lenient on the price, very compassionate on pricing it appropriately from looking at the car. If it was another company they wouldn’t care! They’ll overcharge or won’t budge on the price and take the money regardless. I’m very happy with this first time experience. Non judgemental, polite staff. Great service. Great price. Defo coming back.

Shopping around, I found Smart Car Automotive on YouTube. Over 70miles from home, with the reviews id rather travel to a company you know will do a good job. Fantastic service, value for money and my recent used car alloys are back to how they would have been when it rolled of the German production line. Awesome company and would use again. Simply the best and a fantastic experience. The staff are very friendly, polite, professional, reliable and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Smart Car Automative Limited. I met the team to discuss getting my alloy wheels refurbished to gloss black and fit four brand new tyres. The team went through the options and pricing which was very reasonable. I didn't hesitate to book the job and paid my deposit. The work was completed in just under two days and I can honestly say I am very happy with the results and the service. The work is of high quality and I would definitely contact the team for any future jobs. I will be recommending to my friends, colleagues and family.

I collected my car today (29th January 2026) after having all 5 wheels refurbished in matt black, a full de-chrome, and an interior detail — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The transformation is massive. The wheels look flawless, the finish is smooth and even, and the matt black completely changed the look of the car in the best way. The de-chrome work is very clean and professionally done — no rough edges, no lifting, and it really modernised the car’s appearance. It now looks like a much higher-spec model. The interior detail was also well worth it. The car felt fresh, clean, and properly cared for inside — you can tell time and effort went into it. Communication throughout was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was ready as promised. I also appreciated being able to pay after the work was completed. Overall, excellent quality, fair pricing, and professional service. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for future work. Thank you again
