Auto Glym Hand Car Wash

I have used these guys 3 time but this 3rd time i decided to get the inside cleaned which cost me £15 they did a terrible job & they had bad attitude I had to come home & go over it & clean it my self, this skinny boy Jamie had terrible attitude, this old lady left her car with them & twice he moved the car whilst cleaning it but was revving the car & abusing it whilst the owner Majid laughed the old lady should have known better not to leave not to trust these guys, I spoke to the owner he Majid he said I'm imagining things about his attitude, 3rd time I have used them but didn't notice anything before as it was just the outside I got washed, when I complained to him the owner about Jamie after saying I'm imagining things he went & told him there & then in front of me the owner Majid has no customer service skills, they also use different names "Five Star Car Wash" but on here its Auto Glym & the reason might be feedback as they are not bothered the owner is a grown man but behaviour is like a teenager

Terrible service received twice. When they didn't clean the car properly the first time I used them, I thought maybe they didn't notice or were too busy (not that this is an excuse anyways). When visited second time and the same sloppy job happened, I pointed it out...car was neither hoovered properly nor washed. The guy war obnoxious in return and said that's all they could do... well... I will not be going back and I do not recommend this car wash - spend your money somewhere where you will actually be pleased with the result...

SCRATCH MARKS. CHIPPED PAINT. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND THEN LAUGH. This placed is called Autoglym on Google Maps but they are not affiliated with Autoglym. The real place is called something like Five Star Car Wash. Worst car wash ever. I heavily regret taking my car here. They left lots of dirt on the car and did a terrible cleaning job. The guy was using a broom to clean the underneath of the car which I wasn't pleased with. They weren't apologetic in the slightesr In the end my car wasn't washed properly and left with multiple chips and scratch marks. Alloys were still dirty, when I pointed all this out they were rude about it saying the marks were already there when they weren't. Also they were laughing saying they're just small scratches. I was very annoyed with their remarks because it wasnt a cheap car. The scratch marks had gone down to the bare metal so I've had to buy a touch up kit myself to prevent those areas from rusting. Do not go here. I had to rewash the car myself properly when I got home.

Have been going here for over 10 years from the hand wash and wheel clean to the full works and not once have I had any problems.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH GUYS … for just a wash my car size is advertised at £6 … after finishing the person insisted I gave him £8 because it was quote “very dirty” .!!! Thought I’d let everyone know that the place is a rip off … I won’t of course be using it again

Live local and popped in yesterday to get my car cleaned. I have an SUV so it was £8 for a wash and dry, which is loads cheaper than others I've used in the area. Got to say I was really impressed. The guys working there were really friendly. My car was filthy as not been cleaned in a few months, and they done a great job... It was spotless and bone dry after... Even got a free car freshener which was a nice touch. I'll definitely be in there again. Just one thing to point out... I couldn't see anything about paying by card so you'll need cash.

Car was cleaner before going in. Really poor job

Used to be good here but would no longer recommend. Paid for #2 car wash..wash was ok. Asked guy if he'd done the tyre shine (because I was stood there and he didn't) looked me in the eye and told me had. No air freshener as promised either. Crap

Avoid at all costs, since the new owners have taken over they over charge fir your type of vehicle and very poor wash. Staff have serious attitude issues, zero and I mean zero customer care for you or your vehicle.

Supposed to have washed vacuum and polish for the 10 pounds it states on the board the price and details but they would only wash my wife had to persuade him to vacuum aswell.

They charged me more than what they said. Also they didnt clean my car properly and had to wait a lot. I dont recomemd them at all.
