Hand car wash

Not bad car wash but attitude from one of the staff put me in a bad mood. I came for £18 mini valet and he saw a bit of mess on the back seat and said “ too messy, it will be £25.” This is not good. You do realise your job involves cleaning and it is a set price on your menu. I could understand if it was extremely messy but there was just a few crumbs. Please work on this behaviour as it’s not appreciated. Other two staff were polite, happy and respectful.

I am a regular customer at this car wash. As of today I will not be going back and i do not recommend to others. Depending on who cleans your car depends how clean or dirty it still is after the wash. A few months ago one of the guys tried to charge me £30 for a mini valet when it is usually £18. Today I went there asked for a mini valet and the man told me to park by the enterance so he could dry the car. When I told him I asked for a mini valet he replied no you do not need it and proceeded to rip my passenger car mat out brush it off and said there you go. By doing this he has broken my non slip clip on the mat. I then said no I want a mini valet he said no next time I am very busy. There was only two other cars there at the time. He then had the audacity to say I will only charge you £8 for the wash today. Very unprofessional, no respect for other people's property.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Expensive and the car isnt even clean!

Lack of Professionalism and Honesty. As a former Car Wash Worker. I can say they are not honest about their Work. They Just Try to Rush you out. They Do not clean properly, I had to ask them to clean my windows few times, They still missed big spots intentionally. Broke plastic inside my car too. and They are expensive.

I've used this car wash before to have my long wheel based van washed, I usually tell them I don't want it dried, just a wash and they charge me £10, which I'm happy with, now it's suddenly £15 today. Be careful with this place, what you pay one day may not be the same you pay the next day.
