Poor customer service, had my car for 3 days an didnt touch it. Unless you drive a high end motor id drive on to somewhere else. In reply to MCC, My review has no mention of a wheel refurb? Is my review based on my wheel refurb by a third party? No. My review is based on youself an poor customer service, seems like you cant accept any negative feedback.

Russ is a master of his work !!! I am absolutely delighted with the 2 stage correction, ceramic coating and self healing PPF which was applied. Utterly fantastic job and first class service.

Top notch work and service. Russ and co genuinely loves what they do and it shows on the quality of the work.

Midlands Car Care are exceptional detailers! Russ has very high attention to detail and takes great pride in his work ~ I have taken 4 cars to him in over 7 years and the protection and enhancement details have been stunning, have lasted years much to my pleasure, and the best value for the (reasonable) investment I have made each time. I have recommended him to friends who have always been very pleased with their cars! He added Gyeon to the repertoire a few years ago and with the PPF films on my cars, I trust him for the service and good advice every time!!

This places quality is very poor, , I took my car for vinyl wrap window chrome Cheap vinyl messy edges, and bubbles all over he booked me appointment to fixed but when I went to his shop and he hides inside his shop and he never came out I ring him but didn't answer very dishonest business stay away from this place if you love your car.

Very professional, excellent results on my motor by some very talented people, highly recommended.

Russ always provides a top level excellent service, I had my Aston Martin DB9 PPF protected, the workmanship is perfection. I would recommend to anyone.

The service I received from Russ at Midland Care Care was absolutely brilliant. I had PPF applied to my car and the quality of the finish is excellent. Very friendly service and nothing was too much trouble. Russ even invited me back after a week to show me exactly how to look after the PPF and gave me tips on how to wash the car to maintain its looks! Excellent!

Had my car PPF wrapped across the front by them. I could not ask for them to be more helpful. Having never had it done before the kept sending me photo after photo of the prep work and as the project progressed. I will so use them again. So professional. They even took the badges off one by one and refixed after the film. Thanks Guys.

Amazing work. A1 service

I booked my Tesla x in with this company through seeing them on Facebook, I felt very confident after seeing many amazing cars going through there premises, Russ is very Good at communicating all the time when arranging to book things in, he was very helpful in recommending a reasonably priced car hire company nearby that I could use, he kept me up-to-date every day with photographs, and even when things took longer than expected he worked through the night to get the car ready for me on time, and exceptional dedicated service and a very high level of finish, very happy with the outcome and think these guys are top-notch. Initially received poor customer service in 2016 from Midlands Car Care however over the course of the following few years they have fixed their mistakes and been proactive. Every company can have staffing and service issues and Russ has tacked the problem head on to my satisfaction and would consider to use his services in the future. 5* turnaround.

Thought is drop a review from work I had done probably 9 years ago to my MK5 golf, Russ did an amazing job, I also went back for more detailing work a few years after in another mk5 golf I had. Not sure why I never done a review back then but here we are. Thanks Russ
