Absolutely unacceptable service. I was clearly told the wash would cost £15, but after they finished, they suddenly changed the price to £20. When I questioned it, the staff became aggressive and started shouting at me. This is dishonest and unprofessional behavior. No customer should be treated like this. I felt disrespected and overcharged. I will never return and I strongly advise others to stay away.
