Sorry to leave bad review been this morning 14...7...26 asked for silver valet cleaned outside then asked for 25 pounds not 20 because rear carpets had dog hairs not happy at all .if I was told at start I would have drove off .never again will I go

Okay service however not a fan of the idea of the staff smoking near the cars whilst washing them this is a fire hazard cars full of fuel and smoking? Asked them to not smoke near our car was ignored they are scared of a bit of dog hair in the car and charge more and complain. Also 4 people to 1 car is not needed not very well organised in that respect. If they didn’t smoke near customers cars it would be a higher rating. Other than that it was a good job.

First time using prestige car wash today, to clean ithe inside and outside thank you so much. . 5 stars.

I live in Birmingham and I always travel to these for my car to be cleaned. They are the best in the Midlands

Top tier clean couldn’t recommend enough

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! If I could give zero stars I 100% would, Monday this week (30/3/2026) I went to get my car washed with my disabled daughter, I was directed in the queue as normal where they washed my car (didn’t use foam wash) moved over to the valet part to be asked which service I required which I stated I wanted the £15 service, the manager a small man stormed over towards my car angrily opening my door demanded I pay £25 because my car was too dirty! I myself spent 30 minutes at home and vacuumed the whole car as this had happened to me before but I wanted my car cleaned as I was travelling to visit my son on his break from university so I said no I will pay the £15 as requested! He then was angry which upset my daughter as she is autistic and non verbal so she didn’t understand what was going on, he stormed away refusing to clean my car so I called my partner upset about what was going on, he got me to pass the phone to the manager who tried to lie and say the car was a mess he was told to do the service as requested which on the end he did, I feel angry and humiliated about the whole situation and the other staff I seen laugh about it while it was spoken about in a foreign language which of course I don’t understand! Never will I use there services again they don’t deserve people’s money if they can be like this to people

I have been coming here for the past 5 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend getting their loyalty card, you do get a free wash after card is full. Supervisor Sid is always professional and polite. The guys are very polite and careful with your car. They have a waiting room too incase of bad weather or if you have kids . I have recommended family and friends, they have travelled from as far as Stoke-on-Trent and they have not been disappointed.

Called in today to get a quick car wash....did a really good job. I didn't leave the car but when I paid my wallet dropped out of the car. One of the gents who work there tracked me down by my address on my driving licence and returned it, untouched to my house before I even realised it was missing! Restores faith in that there are some decent people left in this world. I can't thank you enough.

Best on the area

I've been getting my car cleaned here for years across the Bronze - Gold price packages, and always receive top-notch service! Very reasonably priced also. It does tend to get really busy during sunny days due to its popularity (in which case, you'll be waiting a while!), especially on weekends so would recommend getting here as early as possible to beat the queues and to have a better experience overall!

Had a Gold clean and it was amazing clean inside and out. Always use here great service and not overly expensive.
