Paid £15 and was really happy. I don't know what they use on my wheels but I've never seen them that clean.

These guys are only after your money! On all occasions I’ve used their car wash I’ve been charged £15 as per their pricing, whenever my wife uses this car wash they will tell her that the car is too dirty for £15 and demand £20.. after they have cleaned it! Seems they are willing to prey on women as they feel they can get away with it. AVOID this business and use some of the more friendly ones in the local area!

Bucket of water to wash the suds off the car was questionable but efficient. Cars nice n clean after. Clear pricing easy in n out in a truck. Polite workers

Not overly impressed they tell you at the end cash only having washed the car First lot of water stunk like cabbages. When I got home washed the door and boot sills. Not worth £10 does not leave spotlessly clean felt like I should have had £2.00 change

I would not recommend this car wash. Twice now I have been and paid £35 for a really rushed not even alright standard of finish. So this time my partner said we're not having it il come back with you to say something. As I lacked the confidence to. They were not polite laughed at him and wasn't interested to see the areas we were unhappy with. Refused to rectify the problem and was really un professional. We will not use them again and I wouldn't waste your money even trying them to be honest.

Just had landrover washed. Terrible service,staff not up to it .charged £20..00. Up25%.from £15.00.car had to rehashed.

Bunch of chancers working here. Rocked up with my car today, empty wash so thought simple in and out job. Manager comes over, takes a cursory glance at my car (living near Newport naturally my car was somewhat dusty/muddy, nothing excessive/a jet wash couldn’t remove… aka a car wash…) and said sorry your car is too dirty that’ll be charged double at £20…. The absolute gall to suggest a car is too dirty for a car wash?! I went to the self-serve down at the Shell by Muxton Lane, cleaned it myself in less than 10 mins for £8 with wax! Avoid these absolute grifters and save your money!

Got my car cleaned, looks really good & would be amazing, however, the chrome part of my car was broken off while jet washing, and is now going to cost me £17 to replace. Still had to pay £10 for the wash, and they also wanted a tip. If it hadn’t have broken i would’ve given one, but now im £27 out of pocket.

I recently visited this and was blown away by the exceptional service! The staff was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My car has never looked better—both inside and out. They took the time to thoroughly clean every nook and cranny, leaving it spotless and shining like new. The whole process was quick and efficient, without compromising on quality. I also appreciated the reasonable pricing for such top-notch service. I highly recommend!

Took my car today for the first time after being told about how great a job they did on a family members car. Picked the platinum for a interior and exterior clean, they charged my small vehicle the large vehicle price at £35, I didn’t really have too much of an issue as I understood the interior was in a much needed state of being seen too. However after getting my car back out onto the road I noticed they’d left smearing all across my windscreen which made it difficult to drive due to sunlight. Furthermore upon returning home and grabbing my items out of my backseat I noticed a cover I kept in the back had been lifted which wasn’t lifted before I’d left my car with them. The cover was to stop pets from getting mud on the seats which had happened previously. They’d obviously seen that the seat did still need a clean underneath the cover and decided to keep it covered in the hopes I wouldn’t notice that they hadn’t cleaned the back, furthermore they hadn’t even vacuumed the back seats. Other than that the clean on the outside and front interior was good but I won’t be returning personally as I prefer my usual car wash.

Very slow. From joining the queue to driving out took 45 mins and there was only about 5 cars in front. They did make a good job though
