IMO Car Wash

Staff are friendly and welcoming, very accommodating and approach as soon as you arrive with no delay. Prompt payment and have an eye for detail. Best car wash and best IMO in the area (Staffordshire, Shropshire) & we have been to a LOT of car washes.

Useless Vacuum, takes your money but doesn't work, when complained to a member of staff he did nothing and just shrug his shoulders and walked off. Why have it there if it doesn't work or just put out of order sign. They know it doesn't work as I can see from other reviews too and this just makes me think they are scamming people. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could leave a review without selecting stars.

Car wash was fine but the vacuum does not work, pathetic suction, my vac at home is much better - but it still takes your money. When I complained to one of the operators, he insisted that they belong to a different company even though there's IMO branding all over them!

My car was as dirty as anything as the other driver used it to go to work and back on back roads, these guys have deep cleaned every crevice of the car got back in it and it’s smelling fresh and gave me a air freshener as well

Awesome service each time. Car comes out sparkling.

The air pump for tyres is dead they could at least put an out of order sign on it but no waste of time asda donnington air pump was also not working the same day.........

A very quick and easy way to have your car cleaned But dont expect a conversation with any staff I dont think much English is spoken there

Jet wash "Hot foam brush" is only a third correct. It is a brush. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else

Came here to get a mini valet and triple foam, they tried to over charge us for the mini valet, despite it being a nationwide car wash service! We were told to ignore the price on the board and listen to their prices, terrible!

DO NOT COME HERE. Paid for the jet wash, and none of the cleaning options worked. The machine only gushed water and the jet wash nozzle didn't release water with sufficient pressure. THE STAFF WERE TERRIBLE. When I asked for assistance they responded with: "sorry pal, I don't know". HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE MACHINES AT YOUR WORKPLACE? Garbage 🗑 car wash. DO NOT COME HERE.

These guys always do a fantastic job really happy every single time and the pictures say it all the little GT looks beautiful again

I use this regularly so I know exactly how the wash cycle is, for example the triple foam wash they just have 1 foam, the rain repellent doesn't work, vacuums broken etc etc. You pay normal price and you don't get the full wash. Not good at all. Go to a different IMO.

Very bad and rude service They pushed me to take cleaning service for £35 and my Range Rover car looks the same as I don't recommend at all - expensive for poor service
