Bubbles Hand Car Wash

Wouldn't go back here again. After my visit, I noticed a £20 note was missing from the storage compartment, which is completely unacceptable. The interior was also left covered in smears, as though they'd used a dirty cloth. I paid £25 for a mini valet, but it ended up costing me £45 because of the missing money. Poor quality service and a complete lack of trust. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this car wash.

They did a brilliant job valeting my car yesterday, had the seats shampooed & it looks brand new! They even washed my horses smelly saddle pad that I left in the boot :) fab car wash always do a really good job & nice friendly men, prices are really good also!

The guys did an excellent job on the car but were a bit grumpy if you didn't know what they wanted you to do.

First time visit it was busy but very quick car was really clean afterwards Definitely will be returning for a car wash

Need to learn customer service and how to talk to people. Was checking i had my purse before I drove through and I was shouted at 4 times to come on! Didn't want to join a queue before realising I didnt have cash to pay for it. Find the first guy, very rude and letting his colleagues down.

HIGHLY AVOID!!! Normally I’d clean my car inside & out myself first ever time using a car wash was December, with all the bad weather and not having time I went to bubbles for a mini valet!! It’s been two months I went to hoover my car today lifted the carpets and noticed all the scrape marks on the carpet..I’m furious!! I went to confront the boss he looked at my registration and said nah that car has never been here etc I pulled up dash cam footage he said ok you was here but we haven’t done the damage he said I had done this myself maybe.. absolute joke tbh my word against theres I will never go near this place and will advise anyone who does CHECK THERE WORK!! New carpet looking at £200 + labour I have tried to wet hoover it etc but there to deep!!

Chemicals used on Tesla made outside black all bubbly looking.... Also made black seats inside look strange. Not been able to fix in 2 years

Beware! Took my 25 plate 5 month old £40k car in today for a wash as it was a bit dusty and it was a very warm day. I’ve been before but admittedly don’t go often as I tend to wash my car myself. They have done an okay job in the past, never anything amazing but they shift the worst of the dirt. Today I left with my bonnet severely scratched. I can’t explain how angry and upset I am. Beware the signs that say you take your car there at your own risk! They are not responsible for any damage they do to it. I can pinpoint exactly when it happened as the large miserable guy with the hose gets quite annoyed if you don’t move your car forward at the millisecond he tells you to. He whipped the hose pipe across my bonnet which I heard but never expected it to cause so much damage to the paintwork. I can only assumed the pipe has bits of grit attached to it. I’m literally gutted as I really look after my cars. It serves me right for not doing it myself. It will now cost me a small fortune to get repaired. Be warned. Yes, its easy to take it there and get it done, but if you care about your car, I wouldn’t! Never going back I know that much.

DON’T LET THEM CLEAN YOUR CAR! They used something to clean the inside of my car but it started to react with my plastics interior.Never use theses guys
