Terrible car wash do not come here. They scratch your car. Bad experience

I have to leave a 1 star, but i would like to leave zero, brothers run a car wash, but they also charge for parking.

This place has separate prices for small, medium, and large cars, yet they deliberately overcharge customers whenever they think they can get away with it. My car is officially classified by the manufacturer as a compact/small car, and I even showed them the proof on the manufacturer’s website. Instead of admitting they were wrong, the staff laughed at me and still charged me for a large wash (£15). Absolute bunch of thieves. Very dishonest and unprofessional behaviour. If you question them or prove them wrong, they mock you instead of treating customers properly. Be careful what they charge you because their pricing clearly depends on what they think they can squeeze out of you, not the actual car size. Never going back again.

Paid for a wash and dry, terrible job. Car wasn’t cleaned to good standards and the dry was rubbish, water spots all over the car. Never coming back here again. Ignore all the fake paid 5 star reviews.

Took my car in for a “wash and dry” and somehow unlocked the premium scratch package instead. Watching them work was like a horror movie for car owners. The wash mitt? Straight on the floor, then back onto cars like it’s part of the process. The cloth they used looked like it had cleaned every vehicle since 2003 and then came for mine like it had a personal vendetta. By the end, my car wasn’t just washed, it was redecorated with a lovely collection of fresh scratches. To top it off, I got overcharged for the privilege. Honestly impressive never seen someone turn a basic car wash into a full-on damage experience. If you love your car, keep driving… straight past this place.

Left the car wash with streaks of dirt and new scratches on my car. They are on the expensive side in Birmingham so you’d expect good service. I’d avoid them if possible. They even left my doors open after washing my car and walked away. So rude

Very disappointed with this car wash service. If you don’t want parts of your car damaged, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The cleaning was poorly done — the area between the seats was not cleaned at all, even though I paid for a full valet. On top of that, the seat handle was broken during the service. I expected professional care, but instead my car was returned damaged and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money.

I have been here many times & everytime I have found them very professional. They've always done a very good job in washing the car, vacuuming inside, cleaning the dashboard etc. Prices are similar to other places.
