Burntwood Hand Car Wash

My first visit to a car wash in Burntwood was extremely disappointing due to consistently rude staff. Upon arrival, conflicting hand gestures from two different employees caused confusion regarding car positioning. When I slightly mispositioned the car, staff reacted with visible frustration and pointed at my vehicle while speaking to each other. Despite my attempts to communicate my cleaning requirements, no one approached my car before they began spraying. An employee then ordered me to move my car, and when I started to turn, they began spraying the back of the car, causing further confusion. When I stopped to clarify, the employee became visibly angry, waving their hands. Even after asking another staff member for clarification, and despite my request for an interior clean, my car was taken directly to the exterior wiping area. The rude behavior continued when staff complained to my wife about the time it took her to unlock the doors for cleaning, even though she had shopping in her lap. The overall lack of communication skills and unprofessional conduct of the staff made me want to leave as quickly as possible. I will not be returning and am surprised to have such a negative customer service experience in Burntwood.

The car wash service was good . But their staff or owner who ever is their dealing with customers need to learn some manners or how to talk to customers . No one wants to deal with someone who is rude and arrogant.

Avoid this car wash. They make the prices up as they go along. My Mondeo was medium last week and cost me £8 this week it was large and cost me £10. Basically it's because he hadn't got any change because when I gave him a 20 had a handful of notes you went away and came back and gave me a tenner. I said last week it was £8. He said £10 abruptly. Even at £8 it's more expensive than all other car washes. Also they seem very slow I was there almost an hour. So that's my last visit.

I can’t thank the guys enough. I turned up today with a car that was filthy inside and out, and despite it being a huge job, they still found a way to help me. The transformation was amazing—my car looks brand new! I’m so grateful for all their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic car wash. Trustworthy and reliable :)

Horrible people.Scratch your paint by not rincing the sponges properly avoid.

Absolutely amazing I went today for a full valet the lovely chap did it with extreme percsion had no complaints at all the seats was washed to where I can eat off it and the level of detail on that polish fasnating and well after all u get what u paid for as they say but this was far more greater I think I got more no Carwash does this like them just 10 I would come her agin

How dare they take the chefs kiss with how clean my moter is now like omg! I can’t my car was dead filthy the wheels made me wanna vomit when they finshed I could eat off it and the body was squeaky clean the shine after I left made me wife jealous this Carwash is the gordan ramzy of washing 😘

Hi I came again and fab job my car looks brand new I went to my usual poker club and everyone was dazzled by the shine and my wheels were horrendous when I came in but when I left it looked like fresh rims I don’t what he is using bud I don’t care! Tar

I've always used this car wash previously and regularly but not recently. Staff were ok not overly friendly looking at other reviews I can see why people have said what they have said. I had my car washed this morning, I got it home and I was disappointed with the service. I'd paid £10 for the car to still be obviously dirty! The weather is dry so cannot blame the drive home, unfortunately I won't be returning as standards have dropped. It wasn't particularly busy either to justify a quick and poor job.

Amazing car wash

Went to car wash for the 1st time in new car (usually clean myself) and wheel nuts, 3 out of 4 wheels are bleached from acid used on wheels! Not happy. Staff very grumpy too.

Hi I must say I have been coming here for years and it never failed to disappoint me always beautiful well mannered but my dad took his Range Rover and there is a short guy not to be rude who did not do the tire shine or wipe the roof no problem but next time we would appreciate if you did but it is such a amazing car wash thanks ur Jemma

Edited review, i have been again today and the prices have now formally been increased from 8 to 10 pounds. Which is quite an increase but at least it is clear what you are expecting to pay. And they did a good job. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic place they do a really good job always immaculate and fantastic customer service won't go anywhere else

I can quite honestly say the guys here are rude and inconsiderate unhelpful and take zero responsibility. I would really think twice before using this place.

I regularly visit burntwood car wash , I visited today 16/3/2025 , to have my car washed, and I decided to ask for the interior of the car to be done this time , ( i normally do this myself), I sat and watched the staff member finish off another car that he was already on. Then he proceeded to work on my car , which he did with upmost care and attention , and even finished off with a ceramic coating. Well done that man Kind Regards Customer with the Black Focus

Very good cheap and quick there’s a old guy who works very well and they have a very good polish
