This pump near my home but very disappointed from staff old lady I was getting late for work 2 staff members talking near coffe machine after asking to take money for fuel one old lady arrived on till after payment she’s throwing fuel receipt on desk no going anymore there

The petrol station is advertised to be open 24 hours however when I got there at 7:15 a.m. it was not open and there was no one on site so I was unable to fill up with fuel

Beardy Young man staff serving needs some customer service skills with that young person attitude. Generally staff there are good.

Have stopped using this station. Routinely I will be left waiting for 2 minutes plus before my pump is switched on despite very little traffic. Inside, tills can be overwhelmed by any more than 4 people resulting in a long wait. Not worth the higher prices in any way

Isn't it just typical the one time you want to buy groceries from here when the weather is so bad and they are closed at 11:30 am on a Friday morning. Petrol fourcourt has barriers and the shop doors are locked What's going on? Not even any notices or signs up to say what's happened. We all know the weather has been extreme in the area the previous night, maybe it's related to that but please inform your loyal customers. Come on now, local people were relying on you today of all days.

Popped in for some fuel and ended up as an extended visit due a misfuel mistake. The lovely Paul was incredibly lovely a d helpful and helped keep us warm during our wait and I just wanted to recognise some impeccable customer service.

Seriously expensive place for fuel, food, and car essentials. Conveniently large forecourt and nice shop selection is the only upside.

Convenient off the motorway. Can pay for fuel at automatic till in shop. Reasonable convenience store. Clean toilets.

Feel bad leaving a 2 star review when my review doesn’t reflect all staff members. I just arrived at 10:15PM and the shop was locked and only accessible by the window. This usually isn’t an issue, and the staff members, especially the lady with the dark hair, and the younger Asian chaps, Will get you what you need from the shop. However, there is one member of staff, whose name I will find out. He’s slim, dark/grey hair, And always has a fake tough guy look. Today, he told me fuel only and stirred at me like he was AliG. I’m sure other customers will know exactly what I’m talking about and why I’m saying this. He’s constantly operating with the least friendliness regardless, but at nighttime is the ONLY member of staff who completely refuses to help you. All I wanted was a drink, he didn’t have to leave the counter. The guy needs to stop the fake tough guy act because he’s driving customers away. If it’s nighttime now and I see him through the window I won’t even bother going in; there’s another option now nearby. Sorry to all the other members of staff who this review also applies to because they’re actually great, in fact, every member of staff is amazing apart from him.

Not 24h. Arrived 10:15pm Saturday, lights off and locked up.

I spend well over £300 per week in your shop, which is over priced, and the fuel is more expensive than everywhere else, but the final straw for me was 2330 at night coming home from work and I asked your staff member could I have a loaf of bread, I was the only customer there, he very ignorantly told me that it's only stuff from behind the counter as he could not be bothered to walk to get other stuff, so basically it's cigarettes and fuel at night ? That does not mean 24hr, if your only selling 1% of the goods at night? I will never be near the place ever again.

This guy Andy has changed my opinion on this place .. I'm glad they got some one that has some brains calls .. what a guy I'll be back surly
