So bad Just picked my car up after they have had it for 2 hours for a platinum vallet. Gave it a look over and its shocking. Its basically had a poor wash and been vacced. The interior, looks like it has been cleaned with a dirty cloth, so all needs doing again, marks all over The seats are still covered in mud and infact now has stains that were not there before The outside hasnt had a single tar spot removed as they say it will, and the body hasnt had a single bit of wax applied, infact the body is still wet with dirt/mud on To say I'm not happy is an understatement

I would highly highly recommend this car wash. Every single staff member works with so much conviction, they are so honest to their work and very very kind people. They made sure every corner of the car is scrubbed clean. The price is so reasonable for the hardwork they put in. Believe me the car i took to them was not help worthy and it came back as though its just been bought new.

Great job would use again

They left my car smelling revolting. They'd clearly wiped the interior with a filthy bacteria ridden cloth. The passenger door pocket had not been 'cleaned' at all. The door sills were left wet and smeared and the front seats were soaking wet to the extent that a paper Boots bag I put on the passenger seat disintegrated at the bottom when I took it out the car, with all the contents spilling everywhere. Thanks for nothing guys.

The guy offered a free wash after I paid for top service valet, which was not of standard and still very dirty. Then when it was brought back he said it wasn’t free and to pay again and they don’t do anything for free Rude staff won’t be going back

I paid for the best package valet they had yet I found my car was still dirty on the outside and inside. The wing mirrors he not been touched, the bonnet had marks all over it and there was still plenty of dirt in various spots inside. Very disappointed and very poor value for the £32 I paid.

Took my 18 year old car down that’s been out of action for 6 months, absolutely filthy… the team at prestige transformed it into a shining car again… very thorough and extremely friendly helpful guys.. £32 well spent

These guys always do a fab job for the price. Ive been a few times, and sometimes they miss under the handles. But overall always a fab job.

Complete waste of money!! Going to have to clean the car myself having driven to Huddersfield specifically for a ‘Platinum Clean’ there is clear dirt mud etc on the exterior & interior £30 (cash requested) for this!

Really thorough, great price

Amazing job. Cannot recommend enough, they really went above and beyond. Convenient, time efficient, and fantastic outcome. Attention to detail across the board, with every effort made to really make my car stand out before it is sold. I can only assume negative reviews are slander from competitors as they do not reflect my experience at all.
