Express Car Valeting Centre

Took my car here for a good clean after it's been in storage for 9 months and they've done an amazing job in such a short amount of time too

1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at Express Car Wash. Before visiting, I called the owner and explained that there had been a vomiting incident inside my car and that it would require a thorough interior clean. Even after knowing this, the owner told me the full interior and exterior wash would cost £35. When I arrived, a member of staff initially tried to charge me £120. After I explained what the owner had quoted over the phone, they eventually charged £45, which was still different from the agreed price. I again informed the staff about the vomiting before they started cleaning. Despite being aware of the situation from the initial phone call and again when I arrived, they spent only about five minutes cleaning the interior. The staff member, Daniel, was rude throughout. When I paid, I politely asked him to remove all the rubbish from inside the car after cleaning. He refused, saying it “wasn’t his job,” and the rubbish was left inside the vehicle. After driving halfway home, I discovered there was still vomit left inside the car, so I had to return. They had also damaged the wheel centre cap/logo during the wash, which they only fixed after I repeatedly pointed it out. When I returned, Daniel’s behaviour became even more abusive and unprofessional. Rather than apologising or trying to resolve the issues, he claimed he was the owner and spoke to me in a disrespectful and confrontational manner. Even after returning for them to clean the remaining vomit, the job was still incomplete. When I got home, I found vomit residue still around the seat belt area that had been completely missed, and I had to clean it myself. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Misleading pricing, poor-quality cleaning despite being informed of the issue in advance, damage to my car, and abusive customer service mean I cannot recommend this business.

Really professional outfit, really busy so book up in advance. There is a waiting room so you can watch the whole process as it happens. I took a VW Beetle Cabriolet for a full valet and waterproof . The roof was in poor condition but it came back in absolutely tip top condition.

Always do a great job

Excellent full valet and deep clean service on my car. The inside now looks immaculate and the wash and wax as well, as part of the package, has got it looking as good as possible at the moment. Very friendly and prompt service. I would recommend them without hesitation. Fantastic work done🙂

No sills or air freshener given on wash 2, yes I could have asked but why should I when they advertise this and dont provide. It's not the price but it's false advertising otherwise

Valeted our motorhome . Fantastic service . Booked in at short notice even though it was a big job . Was priced up before hand from pictures . Guy at front of house was very accommodating Great service . Highly recommend !

Initially I thought this was a bit pricey, but once they had finished, outside and inside it was the wow factor!!!! They did an amazing job. Very happy and well be going back here.
