TLC Hand Car Wash

This is the best car wash place I've been to. They take 1/2 hour to wash the outside! The staff are really friendly and helpful too. I'm glad we went back. The first time we went we left because it was going to be an hour's wait!

Friendly staff, reasonably priced and high quality work. Highly recommend their full range of services. They clearly know their craft and respect your car and paintwork.

Recently booked our car in for a Mini-valet and was extremely happy with the service. The online booking system was very easy to use and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and efficient on the day. A fantastic carwash service so would definitely recommend.

I came here today for a quick exterior wash. First of all, I spent 10 minutes just standing in the queue while workers passed by without acknowledging me. When someone finally did, I was told I’d either need to wait 90 minutes or book in advance. The employee actually smiled while telling me, 'Customers who have booked are more important to us.' I’m not exaggerating—that is a literal quote. I might have considered coming back on Monday if they didn't work 'banker's hours' (9am–3pm). Furthermore, the website states deposits are non-refundable unless 24 hours' notice is given. How am I supposed to predict the rain 24 hours in advance? I can't comment on the quality of the wash since I didn't get one, but the customer service is hilarious. It’s a car wash, not a private bank. Edit: In response to the owner’s reply: the fact that you went to the length of reviewing security footage to 'prove' I only waited 4.5 minutes rather than 10 is quite revealing. It seems you care far more about being 'right' and proving a point than actually delivering service. As a first-time visitor, I had no reason to know your internal procedures or where your reception desk was located. A professional business would have simply apologised for the miscommunication and welcomed me back; instead, you’ve chosen to be defensive and hostile toward a potential customer. Perhaps you should focus on training your staff on basic customer service rather than monitoring the street for critics.

I had a great experience with this car wash and will definitely be coming back. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable car wash!

Absolute professional job! They not only cleaned my old car but recovered a dreadful scratch repair. Bird poop marks have completely disappeared and paint looks like brand new.
