Avoid if you don’t want to be disrespected. Pulled up to kindly ask how much they charge for a full clean of the outside & inside of mine and my partners car (he was behind me). One of the men who worked there came over aggressively shouting at me to park my car and he will clean after he is finished. 1. I wasn’t asking you to clean my car, I was asking your colleague how much you charge. 2. Don’t speak to customers or potential customers the way you did, as you will have no custom and more bad reviews. From reading previous reviews, this looks like it’s a reoccurring issue. Sort it out.

Fair price, good quality and quick service. £70 full valet in 1h30

Located in car park below Tesco store. Poor lighting so unable to judge quality of service until leaving the car park. Paid £70 for platinum valet. Some areas were not cleaned and little or no shine left on rear painted bumper. Received a digital receipt for a £35 gold wash. What is going on?

Random pricing. Just wanted £50 to clean a kadjar. That price isn’t even on their list. Did not bother. Paid £30 in the past

My husband took car to be cleaned today. Normally £35 for outside cleaned including soft top protection. Now charging £45 for a crap job, alloys not clean, tyres not coated, roof still has some green. Used to be great, won't be going back especially for the price.

Disappointed. Quoted £22 for a basic wash clearly listed as £12 ( though the price board is only visible after the wash, at the drying area) When questioned, the price dropped to £15 with an excuse that didn't match the service. Won't be returning - transparency matters.

If you check closely, not really clean. I tried two times but still bad.

Customer Service was excellent could not fault it My car was clean and on the whole a good job But attention to detail, vacuuming was a bit basic and in the boot there was a bit missed brushed and left but it’s ok next time I just remind them I feel for £60 it’s not unreasonable to expect attention to detail One more thing the booking website is very difficult to navigate it needs work it should be simple the security is ridiculous at the end of the day your getting your car cleaned Oh one more thing 08.30 opening no one showed up until just before 9am Usually I book an 08.30 am slot 9am ????

I’ve used this car wash a lot over the years & always been very happy with them, I recently had my car washed with them & the jet wash removed some of the paint on the bonnet, Naj was very nice & took my car & had the full bonnet re sprayed! It looks like new! My car still looks clean a week after it’s been washed, All the staff were very polite & made sure I was happy with my car before I left.

Decent wash but prices are utterly ridiculous. Been twice and been charged 2 very different prices for the same wash on same car. Only realised how much extra I was charged yesterday when I saw bank notification at home. Won't be going back.

DO NOT USE! Avoid at all costs! RUDE staff, incredibly patronising and car still dirty! If I could give zero stars I would have done!

Terrible, do not use. Arrived there at 8.30, still closed, cleaners all arrived together and just looked at me. When finally got called into the bay, went to pay to be told that an extra £5.00 would be charged over the price quoted on the board because the car was dirty!!!!!!!

Had my car washed and vacuumed today , best £25 I have ever spent on the car . The car looks brand new

Rude customer service and on top of paying £40 for the car wash at 10am, Waves have now taken an extra £60.00 out of my bank at 11.30pm? Cannot get through to anyone. The company is a scam.

I’m not a fan, I prefer when you go in, they start cleaning without chitchat, then they do the inside then you just pay whatever. This one’s annoying as they want you to leave the car after you’ve chosen a type of wash, left it in the end.
