Terrible left a hire car there to be valeted. Returned to find some of my possessions stolen. One star because you can't give none. Don't leave your vehicle unattended
Worked hard, only giving 3 stars though, as they didn't clean my roof.
Took car for a wash and dry. Was told they could not dry it as too cold for their hands… I was charged £10 when it should have been £8. Got home and they have missed half the car. Would not recommend
Turned up got 9 am opening time no one there !! 3 other cars pulled on …. But we all had to leave Would not recommend
What a joke. I could have done a better job blind folded. Took a Freelander there that wasn't overly dirty but needed a clean. Drove 5 mins home in dry weather to find the alloys had been barely touched, the wheel arches had not been sprayed nor had the underside of the front and rear bumpers. I should have known when I noticed that they couldn't even be bothered to lift the windscreen wiper to clean the bottom part off the windscreen. Never again.

They cleaned my car and I paid for it! All worked out ok! Quite convenient that they open at 09:00 on a Sunday morning.
Horrendous.... asked for the mini valet and was rudely answered ‘HOW... theres three of us?’ Rather than sorry we can’t today or something with manners... so I just had a wash waited 10 minutes before anything happened and the wheels aren’t even clean? Absolutely won’t be going there again...
DON’T USE THEM!!!!! Never in my life did I had such a horrible job done on my van. I have asked for a wax and tyre shine. My bigest mistake not checking it straight after. The van is all dull and scratched with the dirty rags they use to dry it. I don’t know what they have used but the van cometely lost its shine and is ruined now.

Rubbish. I paid for a wax but all I got was a manky old piece of leather superficially dabbed on my car. And, to make it worse, all the guys there leaning on and over the cars have clothes with external zips on. There is now a big scratch on my door that was not there before I was daft enough to use this rubbish place. Never again.
